2003 Year in Review

1. What did you do in 2003 that you'd never done before?
A couple of different things, i shaved my head over the summer. I know thas not real exciting like sky diving or anything...i got pretty messed up on my birfday, went through a clp, asked GOd for a specific sign through the intercession of St. THerese and receieved it, participated on the SCRC young adult core...I also gave a talk at youf alpha, oh yeah and also being Jesus in the suicide skit, i had gone into exile hhaha put together pentecost picnic

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
i dont ever really make them

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Two people i know gave birf, first my cousin gave birf to a baby girl named brooklyn and pops and moms gave birf to a baby boy named joshua

4. Did anyone close to you die?
naw

5. What countries did you visit?
i went to korea again, no im kidding, its a joke!

6. What would you like to have in 2004 that you lacked in 2003?
More $$ haha jk a lot more retreats and teachings to help develop my spirituality better.

7. What date from 2003 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
there are actually more then one date that will be forever etched. Let's see july 5 when the boys of Upper room took me out to fridays. Ay yikes! haha july 8th ahh when jennif threw me a suprise birfday party @ D & Bs @ the block. how nice! Oct 3rd SH Cafe that totally repeaed good fruits, oct. 8th when God picked me a rose and sent it to me w/love. OH and may 25, thas unforgettable!


8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
hmm i guess being able to serve God in more than one location. Also putting together a summer camp curriculum for work last min.

9. What was your biggest failure?
Ahh...

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
the day after my birfday...bleh, how bout the nite when i was choking during caroling, does that count?!

11. What was the best thing you bought?
a new digicam!

14. Where did most of your money go?
Cuz im a fatty, it went to food. Then the rest went to gifts and clothes.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
SH Cafe cuz it was as angie would say dabomb.com yo!

Im thinking right now hey ya juss cuz errone would always be singing thatsong

I wish I went to Daily Mass more... I wish I studied more...a lot more praying and discerning, saving

well i spend half of my christmas w/fam bam tribe, then the other half w/fam friends. Yay!

21. Did you fall in love in 2003?
YEs i fell more in love w/Jesus!

3rd watch

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
Well not really hate, lets juss say theyre not on my buddy list no more and im not talkin bout AOL/AIM buddy list either!

The Hidden power of kindness, read it! its really good

27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
that i can sing the last line of 'one sweet day' really well...haha jk

28. What did you want and get?
an answered prayer to give me a spiritual boost, my ol SRE class on btoh tues. and thurs. Leslie and achie bof as great co-teachers, a trip to vegas, a new comp. a new digicam, more friends, yay!

29. What did you want and not get?
cant think of anything...

30. What was your favorite film of this year?
Oh man i dont even remember half of the movies i saw this year. Id say antwone fisher that was really d0pe and Return of the King.

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
my birfday was real memorable, it was a whole weekend filled w/great stuff. Went to my cousin's wedding that day, then having some good times w/uprm and ann at fridays. I ended up breaking a glass that nite of my birfday. Then on mon. jennif threw me a really memorable suprise party. WOw even Lf was thurr, that made it even better. Later on that week, my coworkers took me out to el torito for some drinks after work later that week. i turned 21 by the way...

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
a girlfriend who looked like mulan hah joking!

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2003?
long sleeves and jeans.

34. What kept you sane?
Mass, Jesus, the bible and some good ol friends.

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
hmm i dont know

36. What political issue stirred you the most?
The RECALL election boo!

37. Who did you miss?
My friends from high school, seeing the uci kids

38. Who was the best new person you met?
Oh geez there's a number of great new people i met. Ill sum it up w/ju ju be! oh man this guy is the greatest person you can ever know. THen also meetnig all those really down to earf kids @ yfc and liwang.

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2003:
Forgive others juss the same God forgives you
Dont act on impulse, listen to other advice
Be that light of God's love to errone you encounter, even if it hurts.
