Ladies and Gentelmen, id like to intro. to you the 'God will do his, if i do mine' bargain deal! So i had this convo last nite w/a good friend of mine. He asked me how i was doing, and i said i was cool. Likewise, i asked the same question back. He told me he was still single. A subject that always comes up when we end up talking. I made a point to pose a question to him, something to ponder on. I told him wha if youre juss meant to be single? Ha well that question ended up bringing debate into the convo. Brought up some spice into the convo. haha

He said in response, 'so ill keep searching for a gf until im 40, then ill know im meant to be single.' Then he came up w/this theory that God will do his part in geting him a girl, if he does his by lookin for one. I told whoa thurr buddy! I said thas like negoiatting a deal w/God, thas like saying, 'God if you do your part, i will do mine.' So whoever i see then hook her up w/me. ONce i told him thas like making a deal w/God he disagreed. He felt it was God's will if he done his purrt to look for a girl. I told him thas like making a deal w/God. Then he said he was too young right now to know what GOds will was for the rest of his live. I said well thas why you pray bout it. You pray and say, Lord let YOUR will be done, not MINE.'

Ended up not getitng anywhurr, he felt i dindt understand. I guess his heart was set on finding that one girl. He felt he wasnt meant to be single, which is coo sometimes people juss dont like thinking of that other opition. I couldnt say maybe youre meant for the religous cuz hes protestant, ha so that would really work for him. ANyway, thought the convo was rather interesting. Like many people they ahve a hard time understanding someone elses perspective once their mind is already set. Oh well...life goes on haha

Went to mass this morning and it was jam packed! It was so great to see the church jam packed. It was also nice to sing the alleluia. Mass was juss d0peness the joy of seeing the Risen Lord who defeated evil. Its hard not to say the 'Alleluia' during lent cuz youre so accustomed to saying it all the other times that during the 40 days youre not suppose to, sometimes you find yourself slippin. haha The rest of day was cool, spendin time w/fam bam tribe. I bought my godson this spiderman webble. ITs suppose to shoot out bubbles but the stupid thing wasnt working! It would juss blow out aurr.


Agh!! Its juss another manic monday...i need another week off!
