It Is A Small World After All

ON A MISSION: So on friday, john reyes tells me staples is having this huge clearance sale on ipods. They were selling 40gb ipods for only $69.70! Cmon you cant find that deal anyfreakingwhere in the world! I got ready and jammed out the door searching the staples all around the area for ipods. Unfortunately, no one had anymore of them they were sold out! Kawawa me! Yet there was hope cuz then john said office depot was having teh same deal but cheaper. Of course, I sent a text to errone letting them know and then met arch at office depot. We couldnt find any over there and they said they didnt carry the 40 gig. I checked their comp. to make sure john was correct and he was. AGh what sucked is all the office depots around the area didnt have any either. Aghhhh! I had wasted all that time and energy getting nothing! Oh why?!















DISNEYLAND: Is really the happiest place on earf, its so funny that despite the fact its costs so much for errthang in the park, you really do forget bout errthang. Its like disney land is its own world, heck they even have their own currency...disney dollars! I had the greatest time there, and even though the park was busy I still got to ride some good rides. In fact I think im even considering buying a season pass, thatd be pretty cool. To go to disneyland anytime I want to go, well almost anytime. I cant even really remember the last time I was at disneyland, but it was a blast! Hanging out w/tito jess and cha cha was cool. We had a lot of fun watching 'fantasmic' and the firework show afterwards. Its so funny as we were walking out of the park, tito jess we'll ahve to do this again, me, him, cha, and jesty.















THE BEAUTY OF IT: At mass yesterday, through fr. ed's homily I learned the importance of seeing the beauty of God errwhurr. He was sharing a story bout the nite before his ordination as a deacon, he was asking God for a sign of some sort. Juss some type of confirmation to give him reassurance he was making the right decision. As I sat there I was thinking to myself bout the many time through novenas, I've asked God the same request. There were times I've asked banne, 'is this a sign?' haha Anyway, he went on to share bout the beauty and how he makes his presence known to us when he wants. So it got me thinking bout seeing the image of God through certain people along your day. In fact I was juss sharing w/banne bout it reminded me of her 'i met Jesus today...'section on her blogs. Great stuff!















MEETING JESUS: God sure did after that homily, make his presence known to me. I met Jesus today through tito jess and cha. You can really see the special relationship the two of them share together. Its like that grandfather/grandson love, the grandfather willing to do anything for his grandson. And the grandson always taking care of his grandfather. Before each ride we went on cha would always ask tito jess if he was going to be able to handle it. Then tito jess saying, 'yeah of course, I can handle anything!' I found it so cool that the two of them share that kind of relationship together. Im sure cha treasures the time he gets to spend w/him and when he gets older I can see him passing down stories to his family bout what a wonderful grandfather he had. Then juss closing the nite w/the fireworks was amazing, truly feeling the spirit of God there. Thanks Lord for a wonderful day.















ONE BODY, ONE SPIRIT: Its hard to believe that only a year ago yesterday, was the first ever spirit games. I still remember that day like it was juss yesterday, in fact that was one busy month. Work was busy like no other w/event after event then at the same time finalizing errthagn for spirit games. Though the fruits that came out of it, was so awesome. I think juss the whole planning phase of it, brought so many different communities together. Through juss the core team, I've become closer to a variety of leaders from all over. Of course when it was all done and over with, it was like 'whew' but errtime I see the footage of last years games I cant help but to juss smile. Serving God and ministering to his people is the best! Im so excited for this year's games!
