Faded Pictures

TIME AFTER TIME: Majority of the time I use my laptop to chat online, myspace, blog etc. Well I was looking for something on my desktop and well I came across some old pictures. Yeah, if you're thinking if I'm going to go down memory lane, then you're correct. Man its crazy how quickly time passes, the people who fade in and out of your life. People who you never expected to become close, or the ones who you thought would stick around forever. Times change too fast and when you look back on all those good times, its like a movie playing in your head. Bottom line, you gotta be grateful for all those times God has blessed you with. Changing subjects real quick, as I was pulling up for work Saturday morning, I couldnt find parking anywhere due the Fine family funeral. Its so sad that such a tragic accident had to happen to such a beautiful family. WHo wouldve thought certain things would change, oh well...that's life!

























































BENEFIT CONCERT: Friday I went to UCI for liwanag's 6th annual benefit concert. Wow so many new faces and changes, I hardly know anyone there. It was good to see some of the old faces, not to mention getting to see Gerard and Kat along w/their new baby lucas! He's such a happy little baby, him and I were playing during the whole 2nd half of the show. Caught up a little bit w/joyce, man seeing these people feels like a reunion you know? haha The concert was good, I sat there thinking wow I've been going to these things for the past 3 years. Being at UCI brings back sooo many memories, liwanag prayer meetings, YFC meetings on wednesdays, praisefests spirit rallies, wow!!!




OLD TIMES: Saturday I was so tired, I didnt even want to go in for work but I had to get some things done. Like I mentioned earlier when I pulled up I coudlnt find any parking due to the funeral. Wow they must know a lot of people, when it was over there it was packed outside. Im sure many of them were friends or classmates from skool. After work went to Alyssa'a birfday party, stayed there and killed time until I met up w/the guys at bjs. The party was coo, good thai bbq food, and yummy honey bakrey cake. It was funny cuz Alyssa's dad and some of the other dads kept wanting me to go outside and drink w/them. I dont know ever since oktoberfest I havent been too big on drinking. ANyway, met up w/the guys at bjs later on that nite. I wanted to stay and watch the pacqiao fight, but it looks like I didnt miss much. Ran into karen and her family over at bjs, she's crazy haha Chillin w/the guys was fun, I was looking around the table and its amazing how much all of us collectively have been through. Yet, even though we dont chill like we use to, we are all some what still tight. I mean I know that I can always rely on these guys to be there for me. This was the original 'UPRM' ha I havent heard that name in a long time. Anyway, all in all good times last nite this one's a 'churrs!' haha
