RECOVERING: Man its taken me a lot longer then I anticipated to get recover from over the weekend ha I guess I'm juss getting older? For some reason too I've been really sensitive to motion sickness, getting dizzy with juss the smallest things. I think it's going to be a while before I have another 'happy hour.' Its been a good couple of years since I've had that much fun...but the consquences of having too much fun is well...I'm sure many people have already felt those consquences at point or another. It's funny cuz I was talking to my friend at work about the weekend festivities and were both laughing...yeah crazy stuff.

FATAL ACCIDENT: I was reading the newspaper today and I read bout the young firefighter who died from the esperanza fires. That guy was only 23, a year younger then I was. I cant believe how young he was...I can't even begin to imagine how much pain he was suffering. Then on top of that his family who had to make a difficult decision to take him off life support. My mom was saying how his mom past away and he was commuting back and forth from work from his dad's place. Sometimes we complain our jobs how difficult they can be and the stress we go through, but damn thas nothing compared to those like police officers and firefighters, especially the firefighters who put their lives on the line errtime they get a call. Reading bout that guy, helped me open my eyes to help appreciate my life a little bit more.

MIDTERM ELECTIONS: So the mideterm elections are here and I can't wait till its over. Ive already sent in my absentee ballot, to me its much easier then actually having to go to the polls. It seems like in almost errpoll, they're showing that it looks like democrats will be getting ready to take over the majority in the house. HOpefully they can do the same with the senate as well. The Bush raitings are getting lower and lower each week it seems. I was reading somewhere that never has there been an midterm election year where a president's approval raitings are so low. Man why cant that be the govenor's approval raitings too?! Even though it doesnt look like it's going to happen, I hope angeldis takes over the govenor's mansion. Make sure you get out there to vote nov. 7th!

IN SHAPE: I had planned to get back into shape after oktoberfest was over, but it seems like that plan is on hold, at least for this week. Monday really threw off my whole week, so it looks like its going to have to wait till next week. Next week will be a really easy work week, off friday at skool then off saturday at the rectory. I cant wait till the 24 hr fitness sport in the mall opens up, Im sure I'll be running into tons of people over there. Sometimes it juss a hassle driving down to cypress then ahving to drive back, its not that far but after a long days of work driving distances seem further than normal. Anyway, so thas the plan to get back into shape next week once I get fully recovered.

BIRFDAYS GALORE: Novemeber is the month that's always filled with a plethora of birfday celebrations right and left. First off its my brotha leo from UCI's 25th birfday, I haven't seen that guy in ages but errtime I talk to him he never ceases to inspire me in someway. Friday will be babyvee's 19th, last year we all rolled on a some what spontaneous trip to vegas. THat was pretty fun, even though I didnt win anything. Its crazy how I've known this girl since she's was like 17-18, I still remember going to her senior prom w/her ha. MOnday will be the birfday twins mike and arch, followed by jaymee king's birfday on the 9th. I still need to put these dates in m phone ha Jay's birfday follows jaymees on the 10th which then on the 11th as we celebrate veterans day we also celebrate toni's birfday. ALaine celebrates her birfday on the 17th, then its a back to back nini birfday with christy and charisse on the 19th and 20th. CLosing the month will be my mom's friend from work melissa and her husband, alex's 1st wedding anniversary. Oh yeah then there are these other little birfdays inbetween who's names are really that important ha but wow it's going to be one hell of a month!

DANCING: Ive been watching that show Dancing with the stars off and on lately. It real similar to so yout hink you can dance. The only difference is that they have a celeberity paired up with a professional dancer. Its getting down to the final weeks, next week is the semifinals, and I'm hoping mario will win ha Yeah I didnt think joey lawrence could dance all hardcore, but the shaved head doesnt go w/him. I didnt expect him to get to the top, hopefully next week he gets down to the bottom. This week was a close call mr. lopez haha and mr. emit smith?! really now?!
