BIRFDAY SHOUT OUT: Happy birfday Rob! So we went out last nite to the loft and what an adventure last nite was. First off, we went to the new one in cypress but cuz it wasnt like the regular loft in cerritos, we had to leave and go over there. Anyway, so we get there and as we were eating we had this wha he called 'kodak' moment. We said we cant believe we've known each other for such a long time. Yeah I know tell me about it right?! Geez, I can remember the first time I saw him at youf alpha season 1. THen he comes to my first communion class I was teaching, next thing I know we've become such close friends. Yeah, this guy is like a brother to me, through the thick and thin, the storms and sunshines I can count on him. He's taught me a lot bout life and so many other things. We drive each other crazy, we had stupid jokes that I think only him and I can fully understand, we rarely even call each other by our first names, instead we call each other 'friend.' The funny part about our relationship is that no matter how bad we piss each other off, to the point where we dont talk for a few days, we always come back friends in the end. Yeah, I dont know where life would be w/o you friend, I think itd be dull cuz Id have no one to laugh with. Anyway, I came back to blog juss for your birfday and made it longer this year so you dont complain. Sheesh friend! haha Happy birfday bra! You can repay me by putting together some birfday celebration for me this year haha!

PENTECOST: After a little over a month of planning, the big Pentecost celebration was finally over. After Sunday was over, I felt real relieved, the day felt so long. Obviously, there are tons of ways to evaluate the event. It didnt help that it landed on memorial day weekend this year, but what that was the challenge we were up against from the beginning. Anyhow, I'm glad in some ways it was successful. THe whole thing was a success only because of my committee who helped put it together w/me. The collaboration of all our time, talent, and treasure is what really made this event go through. There's something about the liturgies at holy family that are juss different from other churches. I can't really pin point what it is, I had this convo with someone else a while back and its one of those things where you miss out at mass at holy and you go to another parish it juss isnt the same. At any rate, here are some highlights from the Pentecost weekend.

TIME TRAVELER: So im into this new show called 'Will Traveler.' I juss started watching it over the weekend and its pretty trippy. About these 3 friends who lived in house together throughout college then after graduating they decided to take a road trip. Well they decided to pull this joke inside an art museum in NYC then it blows up. Now 2 of the three guys are in trouble with the govt. cuz they think they're terrorists. On top of that they cant find their friend and there's no trace of him anywhere. The crazy thing the govt. can't even find a name for him. Its pretty crazy to think to be in that much trouble! I cant even imagine being in the position those guys are in. Anyway, this will probably be my summer show since lost nor the office, and dancing the stars wont be on till next year! Oh why?!

GOOD TIMES: I use to write errday in my organizer it was on a daily basis for a good I guess year and a half I was doing this. It was juss simple notes about wha I did that day and wha happened. Maan its funny cuz I started to read bout the days when I first started to come around SH. We were going out almost errweekend w/each other. Whether it was simple stuff like chillin at someones house or starbucks to the big things like movies or nickel nickel. I cant believe how fast time has flew by. Life is completely different almost all of us are in different places now. I think though the nice part is that whenever we do get together or seeing each other it almost like things never really changed. At least for the most part that is. We've all grown up in so many ways. Ahh those were good times though, really they were probably one of the best parts of my life.
