Bad Service or bad luck?

I dont know whas going w/restaraunts wednesday night services but it sucks! So i went w/yfc to bjs in tustin after the short meeting. We had this server who was juss a total jerk. He didnt let randell and eliza get their poozokie w/their salad. He made a comment to me when he took my order. Apparently, no one else at the table liked him either. I took curr of that real quick, as i complained to the manager. Once again i told the manager i was dissapointed w/the service tonite and felt the server was the most polite. The manager apologized and im sure the server didnt mean anything personal by it. Of course he didnt its juss the point that he didnt have be so rude to us. The manager took off the gratuity that was suppose to be added to the check.

Maan thas two wednesday nights in a row that ive received bad service. First at fridays last wednesday and now bjs! Whas going on hurr! At least the managers have been kind enough to take curr of the problem. Ha maybe im juss tired and moody on wednesday nights cuz ive never had the courage to really stand up and complain at a restaraunt. Ha i guess spirirt games has given me a sense of 'boldness.' haha Whatever it is im juss glad the situation gets taken curr of and the manager takes curr of the prob.

Work has been pretty good this past week. Busy none the less but i like the way things have been running. Errthang gets take curr of on its own. Being acting supervisor for the week has been a great experience learning how to run staff and help run a center at the same time running my own programs. Apparently thurr was a dead burrd found somewhurr in the city and so now the city manager has cautioned us to either whurr bug repelent or long sleeves so we dont get hit w/the west nile virus. Agh makes me not even want to go outside to the purrk w/the kids anymore!

Had a nice small chit-chat w/charisse over the phone tonite. YOu know one of the fruits that has defiently come out of spirit games is the building of relationships. It brought sooo many people a lot closer in regards to friendship. Obviously, working w/charisse has been quite an experience. Though i praise God for inspiring her to hepl lead the vision. She;s one of those people who will always be thurr to support you. Very opinionated yet very compassionate at the same time.

Working w/the spirit games has also allowed me to become really close friends w/cyril and mike. I love when i get the chance to chill w/thsoe two. So much love and passion to serve our Lord. I see God's through their eyes each time i come across them. Same with leo and mark anthony friendships have developed w/them through this project. Leo taking up the hospitality ministry and getting his community to help serve and become volunteers for the day. Mark anthony this kat has been thurr for me during the crazy/stressful moments of spirit games. He was first witness of loosing the vendor ha hepling keeping me sane. Then juss doing the small things like riding me on the way back from the daygo retreat and staying back w/me after spirit games to charisse came. Stuff like that when you really see God's love through your brothers and sisters is juss amazing!

Praise God this is the last day of work! Thank goodness its thursday...! Im so lucky to have errrfriday off. Though at times its boring cuz errone else is at work and im stuck bored ha. God has been truly present this past summer in soo many different activites and people its great! This has got to be the best summer eva, its hard to believe its coming to a close. I feel so umm empty now that spirit games is over. I hate to use the word 'bored,' but its kinda like that. THough i should juss enjoy this moment right now and try not to get into anything more.
