So Many Things...

Man this comp. desk is all dusty and dirty, its time to clean house again! I hate dust, I hate when things are all dusty. I even bought a dust spray for work, so I clean my desk when its all dirty. Yeah, I know I'm anal when it comes to things being clean. THough, I'd rather have things clean then all dirty and dusty. So, I learned juss today that my floppy drive for my laptop, well they sent me in internal one, rather than an external. Now, I gotta call dell back and see to make the switch and go through all that trouble of shipping and handling etc. I need to buy another mouse for it too.

Work went pretty smooth on wed. except for putting away all the can food at the end of the day. Man we have enough can food at work to feed a whole city of homeless people! I was expecting a lot more people for the commodities being its thanksgiving holiday. In a sense, it's real humbling to see these people come in errmonth to pick up their food. Oh my gosh, thurr whurr a group of these filipinos, and oh man they loaded thurr bags full of food. To the point whurr they whurr struggling currying it cuz it was so heavy.

Peebs came by and showed my wha little kids I had the proper way of handwashing. I tell you the expression is true, you do learn something new errday. She made it fun for the kids, showing them how to wash thurr hands, and rewarding them w/candy afterwurrds. Then we juss sat thurr and chilled, we were able to catch up a little bit. It was fun, We always have a fun time laughing and wha not when we talk. I had to evaluate her little teaching at the end, I gave her all fives.

I ended up staying at work later than expected. Sat there and was talking to my coworker for like a whole hour. Sometimes, its so hard cuz to get away cuz she sturrts talking and well she talks a lot. Ha yeah I know I talk a lot too, its nice though cuz whenever we talk we shurr our faith. Talked a lot bout trusting God in our difficult moments, in our most frustrated moments etc. etc. So I do enjoy being able to do that in the work area, w/o having to be 'hush, hush' bout it.

Went to christy's birfday bash at the spectrum later on that nite. It was coo seeing a lot of the lfers I havent seen in a while. I know christy had a grrrrrrreat time that nite! haha We got punkd in a sense. I think it was victor who bought the honey bbq wings and said it was only $4 since errthang was 1/2 off during happy hour. So I bought one too and some others also. Well we got the bill and it wasnt even 1/2 off! We read the table sign wrong. AGh! IT said, '1/2 off drinks and enjoy great appetizers and dishes.' Agh! We got tricked stupid d & b!

I made friends w/one of christy's myspace friends. ha TOwards the end of the nite, since she was 'unable' to play anymore games. I took over her card for trying to win as much tickets as possible. I was laying one of those games whurr you put the token in and you gotta try to get into one of the ticket # slots. Well I was sitting thurr trying to figure out the game then he ended up figuring out the concept. From thurr I felt like I was newly turned 21 yurr ol at a slot machine in vegas. I couldnt stop playing the game, it was funny cuz we all stood thurr watching me play. Going, 'agh!' when I didnt get into the right slot or 'oh dang you got into the bonus slot!' hahaha it was funny I ended up having to quit cuz well I ran out of memory on my power currd.

Thanksgiving was pretty interesting, fun though none the least. The many 'different' family announcements from, 'i'm getting engaged' to 'im going to that bafroom.' Ha its gonna be one exciting yurr for the parel family, yes indeed. Two more great-grandkids on the way, 2 engagements and thas bout it. Maan this family seems to get bigger and bigger each day. My aunt asked me something like whurrs my gf or to taht extent. Obviously, I told her ha thurr is none. Then we ended up getting into a disucssion am I asking God for one? Ha I replied, 'God knows my heart, I dont need to ask.' She goes, 'yeah but he's God he likes that to be asked. I know he knows your heart, I know he know wha we want...' Then I said,' yeah true' and I concluded with, 'I'm leaving my vocation in his hands, whatever he wants.'

Played hol em w/the cousins and uncles today. Lost $5 agh! Now I know why I dont like to play very often, the feeling of loosing money! With only 7 of us the pot was like $80! I won one hand! yay! haha I love the feeling of winning a hand, thas great. Playing today though made me realize how much fun it is to play. Ha this is weird, but its boring when we dont play for $$, and when we do play for $$ I hate loosing that money. Fred and reirich said I should play more often. Yeah I know, I need to practice and brush up on my skills. Its funny cuz my cousins couldnt really read me they said im too spontaneous. Yess!

Went to mass earlier that morning and oh the confusion. THe bulletin said on sunday mass was @ 930am. Then during the annoucements it said 10am. So my aunt calls and they say 930am, then I told my mom mass is @ 10am, and so she calls the parish and asks. Then she had to mention my name that I said it was 10am cuz fr. told me it was 10am and cuz I saw in the sacristy. Well we get thurr and wendy comes out saying last sat. Fr. changed the mass to 10am. Agh! I knew I was right! Unorganized workers @ sPv agH!

So I'll conclude with this, so many things to be thankful this yurr. Even though the yurr isnt even over yet, its been filled with a variety of crazy, unexpected things. Fred and I juss were talking bout that tonite, how its funny how certain events turned out. Anyway, hurrs a run down through pics of the many things Im thankful for...
