I have this friend named julie and she trips me out w/the things she says sometimes. For example, we whurr talking bout ol songs and I mentioned that group 'swv.' She goes 'oh yeah I know swr.' hahah Then she goes oh wait, thas singles weekend retreat! hahaha I'd post more of the funny things she's said on hurr, but then she'd come and get me! However, she tricked me last nite and calls me. 'I'm in the area, you wanna hang out?!' Of course, being she's in the area I said, 'yeah sure!' then she goes to me 'april fools!' hahahaha oh julie youre too much, youre too much.

I went to work for this cpr training yesterday, I had to renew my certification. I have better understanding of it now than I did 2 yurrs ago. SoOOO if anyone is choking or cant breath, let me know so I can test out my cpr skills. THough as I was thinking bout it even if thurr was a real life situation, I dont know if I'd be brave enough to even begin cpr. I think I'd be too skurred and end up juss calling 911 w/o even trying. Its kinda skurry to have a real life situation liek that happen. We were practicing on these fake dummys, I think I did pretty well!

Had a nice chat w/my boss and they want me to come back. They said I could always come back for now and do office work. Elevate my foot and juss kinda take it easy until I am at full swing. So I think imma be doing that help out at the front, do easy type of work. No lifting, no setting up for anything. Im thinking of juss going back to work again on mon. I had stopped by my site to see how things were going. Oh man, eva since I've been gone the kids have gone crazzy! They were telling me they had to kick so many different kids out cuz of fighting etc. THeyve eve caught kids smoking weed, bringing knives to the place, climbing on top of the roof. Oh man!! its got nuts over thurr! Those kids totally took advantage of the fact that I'm gone.

This reminds me of that old children's story I use to love to read. THhurr whurr like a couple of different kinds, one was called, 'ms. nelson's back.' It was bout this teacher who left cuz she was sick and the kids took advantage of errsub that came in. THe teacher found bout this and made this witch type of costume. Came back to her class a 'sub' who was really stricked. All the kids hated her cuz she was so mean and didnt let them do anything. Ha in the end when thurr teacher came back they were all happy to see her. I came by to visit the kids yesterday and they all ran up and hugged me saying how they missed me and stuff. Hah aww I felt loved...

Went to liwanag on tuesday and it was great! IT was my first meeting for the yurr and probably my last. ha I only get a chance to go once a yurr, twice if I'm lucky. So errtime an opportunity to go liwanag comes, I jump on that. Anyway, so I had gone and gp from LF came as well, and it was a great meeting. They sang the voice of one calling in the dessert, I love that song!! its kinda like my favorite! The voice of one calling in the dessssssssssssssssssert, prepare the waaaaaay of the Lorrdddddddd. Then prince of peace and then all the yfc songs, good times! We had pizza as some of us went around the room to shurr our praise reports. Then saying, 'hurr hurr at the end of each shurring.'

The meeting went by so fast, that by the time 9pm rolled around, it was like, 'is that the end?' Ha like that janet jackson song, the miss you much one. The feeling felt so spirit filled, something I hadnt felt in a long time. Juss singing/praying the Our Father, you could defiently, feel the spirit was moving in the room. This is how its suppose to be, this is how its suppose to feel and I didnt want that feeling to end. It was something I really missed,teaching confirmation is challengling, not cuz of the kids you deal wif, but cuz you gotta find ways to not only to keep them fed, but ways to feed yourself.

A realization came into my head afterwurrds also, that made me sad. Knowing that this pride I once had for, the one thing I was really proud of, is fading away. I pray that one day hopefully soon, that the thing I was once proud of I can be proud again. You know each time I walk into the doors of interfaith, its always exciting. I cant help but to smile cuz soo many fun things have taken place in thurr. So many firsts haven taken place at UCI, first liwanag meeting, first yfc meeting, first spirit games, and the list goes on and on. Interfaith is great cuz it truly is like that the place 'cheers.' Dee and I still have to make a sign for the doors that says, 'where everybody knows your name...'

It was funny cuz jill and I were talking bout her dad last nite. We were talkng bout her dad was all talking to me during santo nino. They came to the door to give me thurr statue and they were like, 'your jill's friend!.' Then he was intro. himself to me and it was the cutest thing. We were juss laughing cuz I never even met her dad before. Apparently jill said he remembered me from last benefit concert when SH performed for liwanag. Wow talk bout a great memory! Liwang was also great cuz I got to see woOoO! yay for liwanag!

The other nite when I was chillin w/abe he was telling me how the Pope blessed these breakdancers. Then the next day it was funny cuz they had a pic of this break dancer, dancing in front of the Pope. Thas gotta be so coool to dance in front of the Pope and do a show for him. VATICAN CITY (AP) -- In an unusual spectacle at the Vatican, Pope John Paul II presided over a performance of break-dancers who leaped, flipped and spun their bodies to beats from a tinny boom box.

The 83-year-old pontiff seemed to approve, waving his hand after each dancer completed a move, then applauding for the entire group. He watched the performance from a raised throne.

"For this creative hard work I bless you from my heart," he said.

During Sunday's show, one dancer -- part of a Polish group that helps poor and marginalized youths -- planted his head on the inlaid marble floor of the Vatican hall and spun to loud applause from his group and from Vatican officials.

Another performer flung his body around in a series of spins and handstands.

"Artistic talent is a gift from God and whoever discovers it in himself has a certain obligation: to know that he cannot waste this talent, but must develop it," John Paul said.

Earlier Sunday, members of an Italian Catholic youth organization enthusiastically cheered the pope's weekly remarks in St. Peter's Square. A few were invited into his papal apartment and helped him release doves from his window.

The pope, who suffers numerous ailments but appeared relatively strong Sunday, called out to the other children cheering below his window.

"I love you all. I love you very much," he said.


Breakdance

I wanna do an action song for the Pope, how bout who builds the faith!? Maan I miss the guy already! One of my kids called me yesterday askign if thurr was class. Then he told me 'are you praying for the Pope?' I said, 'Of course I am. But you also gotta pray for our next Pope as well, that He'll be juss as cool and as tight as JPII' Then my kid said, 'naw, no one will ever be as good as JPII.'
