LAND OF THE FREE: Its a blessing in disguse, to live in America. Im sure you can ask your relatives who came from other countries. To have the freedom to go out and vote, to share your faith w/others, to do what you want to do...its great. Man, to even be able to walk outside your front porch is a blessing. I remember 4 years ago when afghanistan was all ova the news, bout how the taliban controlled their lives and how women had to cover themselves up and hide their faces. Id hate to live a controlled lifestyle, and at teh same time we all take advantage of it errday. Praise God to live in a such a free country, to be able to do the things we want w/o any government controlling us. I remember back in elementary skool when kids use to say when someone told them not to do something, 'its a free country make me...' Even today that expression is still in use by kids, 'it's a free country.' It sure is a free country...

STARTING FRESH: At mass today it was nice to see fr. kevin con-celebrate it with Fr. Ed. In fact it was a sad seeing him there. Knowing that was probably gonna be the last time I was going to end up seeing him. Fr. Ted gave the homily starting off by singing, 'here I am Lord.' Talking bout being a pilgrim people and adjusting to change stuff like that. Then at the end of mass, Fr. antonio came out, wow he has a real deep spanish accent. I wonder how the parishoners are adjusting ot the new priests. Side note, I found out that pat barry died, remember ted barry's wife? Ted barry died back in like 95 or 96 something like that. He was the old sacristan before wendy took it over. Anyway, his wife past away on tues. from diabities. Wow, it seemed like I had juss seen her not too long ago, well at least they're together now.

LUNCH AT MIMIS: Had lunch at mimi's cafe in lake forest after mass. My cousin is the manager over there, we so we had a free brunch. I got this turkey sandwhich w/avocado, mozarella cheese, and bacon. I only ate half of it and didnt even attempt to finish the other half cuz it was so huge. Yeah it was pretty good, next time I think imma try one of their pastas. There was that looked good, but I didnt know wha kind of sauce the used, so I figured I'd juss stick to something simple. Besides that I was craving for fries too. Thas like the 3rd time I've been to that place, is nice.

PRE 4th CELEBRATIONS: I had gone to la mirada regional park for their 4th of july celebrations. Maan was it packed, there was so many freakin people! If you're read this dani, your even turned out really great! You did a fantastic job, I can see the community really enjoying themselves. Im sure you're juss relieved that it is all over now. I know the feeling, ha! Now you know why I'm trying to get out of the rec. field! haha ANyway, yeah so many things to do moon bounce, rock climbing, eat, snow cones, watch the band etc. On the way back to the car it took me like 15 min. to find where I parked. La Mirada regional park is so huge! I stopped by the grym use the restroom cuz I was lost and had to go pee really bad at the same time. Then I was worried cuz it said on the door ''restrooms for members only." I went anyway and asked the rec leader if I could use the bathroom he said I could. You could tell how bord he was though ha he was juss totally chillin inside while errone was outside. Ha I thought to myself if he told me then I wouldve said, 'I know your supervisor and she's juss outside!' hhaa

ROOM FULL OF TALENT: Went to abe's birfday shinding and that was packed! I had ot park on the otherside of the street. He got a new scion xb, wow $18,000 for the car well including taxes, alarm, and more. Its a nice bright yellow one, but it seems kinda weird inside there isnt a temp. meter to show how cold or hot your car iis. So much going on at the party, it was a hawaiian themed which errthang looked real hawaiian. One room someone was doing myspace, another room, watching tv, upstairs xbox and drum beating/bass playing, then in the garage breaking and popping sessions. I felt so old, it seemed like I was the oldest of all his friends. Though most of them abe said were in college. His parents are so nice and so hospitable.

IMORE: His dad is a graphics artist like mike and does that for a lliving at boeing. Works for the advertising dept. or something like that. Anyway, he made this poster for abe and its pretty tight, its divided up into 3 parts, one says ibreak and there's this shadow image of abe holding hte ipod breaking, The second part said ibeat and he was playing drums, and the last one said iscratch and there was this picture of him dancing on the mixer, it was d0pe. I remember a few weeks ago, rob told me if I was an ipod I'd be called, 'idumb.' haha stupid. Check out the pic we took, I was going for the drumline pose! haha

MILLIONARE: I was in garage chillin and I was listening to one of abe's friends say how his brother got $10 million. He use to have this motorcycle and apparently this lady hit him. WEll the lady who hit him #1, had no insurance, #2, driving a company vehicle, #3, isnt even a US citizen! So I guess they settled for $10 mill outside of the court. The kid was saying how his brother is messed up pretty bad, and he has to drive him around everywhere. $10 million is a lot, I could do so much I wouldnt never have to be in debt again. THe kid saiid his brother was giving him only $50gs of it. We al lwere like 'only?!' I'd love juss to have $50gs that's good for me to pay errthang off and still ahve so much more left.
