Wow so much is going in the world today. We got a deaf penalty that was suppose take place this moring but was temporarly stopped. Kevin Cooper was suppose to be executed by lethal injection @ 1201am for the murder of two parents, their ten yurr old daughter and her 11 yurr old friend, 20 yurrs ago. The decision was made by US Supreme Court letting stand a 9th US Circuit Court of appeals asking the evidence be relooked. The california superme court asked that US supreme court overturn their ruiling. THe US Supreme Court denied that request. "The application to vacate the stay of execution of sentence of death entered by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit on Feb. 9 presented to Justice [Sandra Day] O'Connor and by her referred to the court is denied."

Im kinda lost and dont know what to think about that one. Praise God that the execution has been on paused. I think no person has a right to die if thurr still is reasonable cause they might be innoncent. I read that Kevin COoper has pleaded innoncent the whole time. Im sure he was relieved for now. Though they moved him from the 'deaf watch cell' to the 'deaf row' cell, things could easily change withint the next 24hrs. It's gonna be interesting to see whas gonna take place.

So as we all know the kindnapping and murder of carlie brucia. How sad is it that it took a murder of a little girl to tighten up security in their state. I think the govenor of florida, jeb bush who happens to be the president's brohter is retarted. He shouldve tightened up security before hand so incidents lke this wont happen. I was watching the news last nite and the judge who had let joseph smith go has been getting hate mail and letters saying the blood of carlie is in his hands. The judge had let joseph go during his probation hurring saying there was no real evidence showing joseph had violated his probation. Dang, if he was juss put away before hand all this wouldve never happened. So on top of Jeb bush being stupid, so is that judge.

ANother hot political topic is the retarted govenor from connecicut. THis foo is under fire for accepting gifts and free work on his vacation cottage from politically connected friends, state employees, and a state contractor. He has said he never returned the favors and has apologized several times for lying about the gifts.

Many of republicnans have called the govenor to resign from office, but the govenor has no intentions of resigning until his term is over in 07. Under state ethics law, officials may not accept gifts valued at over $10 from anyone who does business with their office.The democrats who control bof the house and senate are not looking into the impeachment step so seriously yet. ALthough a panel of bipartisan leaders on bof sides have been put together to look into the case. Hmm, my two cents, i say impeach him.

OKay so those are juss some of the items ive been paying close attention to. My sister made this oh so d0pe walnut shrimp tonite. It is soo good, imma see if i can try making some for friday. Work was fun today, we always spend the last wha 30 min in our bosses office juss talking and messing around. Burr and i were talking bout loosing weight and etc. Well apparently he said ive gotten chubby! hahahaha oh no! No, im not gonna follow the 'project sexy' trend or 'project put it all back' either. I think imma juss be on 'project as is with work out on skool stairs.' haha Meaning the whole workout imma real do is juss going up and down the sturrs @ skool w/my heavy back pack. haha

I was watching that show 'eve,' on channel 13 tonite. Its a pretty funny show, juss like how all black comedies are. I dloaded AIM 5.5 today neeeeeeypooow, its tight! All these new features to check out. Bio lab was tight my group and i ahve this agreement that if you mess up then you gotta clean up. This one guy messed up two weeks in a row! haha So he had to clean up the mess. Charisse and i are gonna have planning lunch next fri. to plan out the next spirit games meeting. Wow thas coming up already. IM excited for the leadership formation team retreat coming up also! So many great things coming up! yay! Wouldnt that be funny if they made another joe millionare reality show but the secret at the end is joe's black! hahaha
