"The most wasted of all days is one without laughter..."

I think thas what errone did all weekend was juss laugh. I think i especially laughed w/jeanne and the mexican on the way home. Speaking of mexicans, well i was walking to go pick up my film today by rite aid and i was thinking of something. Its funny, like most of the major ethicities you have one common last name. For example, with hispanics it's usually names like gonzales or perez. Chinese its like le or chang. Ko-re-ans thas a given kim. Indians, no not native americans but indians, usually its patel. For whites its like smith or jones or williams. As for filipinos, well i dont know i think you got a variety. Usually though most are like spanish last names. Anyway, that has nothing to do v2, so let me tell you bout v2,

Firday-Well i woke up @ 10am, and i went to the daycare to get some resource materials for work. From there went to the bp mall looking for last min. stuff. Ran into erica gonzales there, she must be related to mike gonzales. hahah jk Anyway, funny thing i ran into her and turns out she was @ the mall for the same purpose as me. To get last min. stuff for vegas, she informed me she was going to vegas for her 21st birfday w/her man. They were staying @ the sahara for the weekend. It was coo seeing her again, she told me she lost her baby. I dont know what happened, i didnt ask details. ALthough she was sad she said, i guess it was kinda a blessing to her. Cuz now it made her focus on priorities in her life, like skool.

From there i went to mass, the atm and cerritos mall to buy some kicks. I was rushing to get errthang done, good thing i had packed ahead of time. THough i forgot sleeping gear and slippers. I always forget something. Then i had to pack up all the soda that we didnt even end up bringing the whle thing. haha we all had too much stuff as if we were leaving for a whole week or something. Met up @ the mejias around 330pm and didnt leave till like 6pm from there. I was in achie;s car w/the velascos and arch. It was fun on the way over there, we listend to all my cds. We asked questions and ate and ate.

Made a few stops, one @ barstow which was the memorable place @ the mcdonalds parking lot. Thas where i was doing my youf outreach program. Hahaha While trying to fellowship w/other travelers @ the same time. haha ahh yes the memories of v1! hahaha Gave this guy a $1 and some change cuz he said his car got jacked w/his dog in it, and he was trying to get home. I actually believed him for a while until he comes back to me and asks me for more $. I said you already asked me and then he tired to cover by some excuse. Oh well, i guess whatever he does w/the $$ i gave him is between him and God. Turns out he was there anyway when we came back to barstow. Some girl was askin for $$ and was trippin over society. I forgot wha she was saying though.

We finally made it to vegas probably like 11:40 almost 12am. We got to the house unpacked and did our thang. Got some grub @ tacos mexico, i was playing galaga then i met some other guy talking to me bout who knows what. He threw in the ten commandments @ the end, then was asking for $$ to get himself a beer. I boned out on him and went back inside the restaraunt. haha From there it was off to the orleans to start the weekend adventure. Babyvee and i were the only ones who was under 21 from the batch that went to to the orelans. So we went up to the arcade. It was funny, the security stopped us bof and asked for id. I said, 'oh you gotta be 21 to be up hurr?' he told me no, juss over 18, so i said oh well hurr then and threw my id in his face. haha

I got a nice back massage over there while playing arcades. Came back and got all washed up and juss chilled outside till like 4am w/the guys. Good times, good times!

Saturday-We woke up @ like bout 10am. I woke up a little bit earlier to the smell of bacon cooking in the kitchen. I thought it was @ first the mexican making breakfast for errone. I was deceived though, it was the house owners! booo! haha We all got ready for the day and made our way over to fiesta filipino. Ha out of all places to eat for breakfast, we chose a filipino restaraunt i know. haha We ate and did our thang there, thas where we took our first group picture. From there we split into two different groups, the ones who wanted to shop and the ones who wanted to swim.

So it was fred, robby, mike, ann, jumbo, ariel, jason #2 and i who went to go look for someplace to swim. We were gonna go to the venetian cuz thas where ann's aunt works. It was closed though cuz it was rented out for Jlo's private engagement. We then tried to hit up the rio but you needed some kidn of proof you were a guest of the hotel. We all so wanted to swim there too! Finally, we made it to circus, circus where we got to chill in the cool water. It felt nice too cuz it was blazin hot! The swimming was a good work out, i practiced my egg beaters for a while. Later on we were playing tag in the water. Then some lady got mad us and was trippin cuz she was getting splashed on. She said something like this is a public pool. HelLO?!!! dumb lady youre right it is a public pool meaning we can swim wherever we want to. She was telling us to swim somewhere else, she made me mad. The chicken fights were fun up until we got told not to do that by the lifeguard. boooo!

Met up back @ the house to get ready for the rest of the day. We ate @ the rio seafood village, man that was expensive! $34 per person awww heck! Although the food was really good, juss expensive. I couldnt eat to the full expense cuz i was in still feelin the food from lunch time. The gamblers played around for a while @ the rio, while the minors walked around. Ann and i walked around the whole casino. We ran into her other aunt who was staying @ vegas. She took a picture w/this clown that was skurry looking. I was messing w/ann and i said lets go take a picture w/the clown. Next thing i know hurr he comes walking to us asking to take a pic. hahaha talk bout radar ears.

Came back to the house and the guys did our 2nd trial of bonding for the weekend. Some of us were laying down for a while, while others were playing card games like heart-attack and pusoy dos. Then jujue be got this d0pe idea of playing a game. Its called the one-word song game and its tons of fun. Fred and robby played the geetar to the song 'the nails in yoru hands,' then we went around in a circle and you had to sing/say one word of the song. Hurrs the fun catchy part, if you mess up by singing the wrong word or say more then word or juss take too dang long then youre out. The first round reirich won, then it was battle w/him and arch 2nd time around. They bof were the champions the 2nd time around.

Then the girls came out looking hell hot juss like an oven! hahah I think the highlight of that was seeing prayer buddy in a dress! woOoo!!! She aint that girl from the burbs thats estreanged to the drama she that uptown girl with the cotton persona! thas prayer buddy for you! Man Sh girls are the purdy ladies doin their thang! So half of the group went to watch the mysterie show @ treasure island, the other half did their own thang. i had told 'mom' before she left for the show, whos going to watch me, while she was gone. She goes, 'oh thas right your pops isnt hurr and none of you kuys are hurr to watch you. So i guess your cousin JL is gonna have to watch you.' Then she said some other stuff that was juss hella funny.


We went to ny ny in the city of dreams, where we all rode the manhattan express except for jumbo and jl. I was quite surprised the line wasnt jam packed, especially since its a holiday weekend. I guess people arent feelin that ride anymore. I rode w/some random girl on the rollercoaster. It was coo, she was skurred so she asked me to hold her hand during the ride. I was a bit hestitant @ first cuz i dindt even know her, but i thought if it'll make her feel better then mine as well. She told me after the ride was over i made her feel relaxed. That was coo it made my nite. haha the story bout the girl asking me to hold her hand is fake, however it would make for a better story! hahahahaha

After that, we walked like all around the strip since we had time to kill. We went to paris and played some games there. Took a picture in front of the monte carlo waterfall. I asked some cute chick to take our pic for us. It was funny reirich wasnt going to be in the picture @ first cuz he was going to take it using his camera too. Then the chick's friend was like, 'yeah ray, ray get in the picture!' hahahah i thought that was funny. We went to espn zone and well the games were too expensive to play so we left. I saw the infamous 'las vegas blvd' where my homie was shot back in sept of 97. Man i miss that foo, we did errthang together. It was right in front of the mgm where he was hit. I thought he was going to live but he didnt...::sigh:: rest in peace tupac! hahaha even though we werent homies. haha came back @ around 4am and we did the song game w/the girls. THen we moved up to the next level and sang 'shout to the Lord.' We did that until we got too loud and had to sleep.

Sunday-I think sunday was juss the highlight of errthang. I think it had ot be my favorite day out of the whole trip! You''ll learn why in a little bit, so hang on for now! I woke up @ like 945am i coudlnt sleep anymore, i started to get ready for mass. I realized errone might be rushing last min. to use the bafrooms, the early bird gets the worm. Before mass, we all juss kinda chilled and took it easy. I wanted to receive the eucharist, so i went to confession. It was tight, we had our confessional booth, i know it looked a little ghett0, but hey confession is confession right? So robby and i did our 'dual' confession w/roger. He's one d0pe guy, man he gave a lot of good advice to bof of us. Then we made our act of contrition and was able to be cleansed of 'some' of our sins. haha i had to go back for more advice w/jeanne cuz this guy was so damn good! hahahaha thanks roger!

We all went to mass @ 1230pm, were a a little bit late. The church was nice, praise God for a uninversal church! After jeanne and i went lookni for teh blessed sacarment cuz we couldnt see it during mass. We learned that it had its own little chapel on the side of the altar. After mass we went to mandalay bay buffet, thas my favorite buffet to go to. So if youre ever in vegas and you want to know whurrs to eat, thas the place! It was tight, we took our closing cermonies pictures in front of the waterfall @ the exit of the buffet. Aela's car split up and departed for their way home. The other two groups went back to the orleans for some more fun. The minors and jumbo went up the arcade center.

I think thas where most of my $ went to. Fred came up later, him and babyvee like to play those gun games. Where i like to the play the action games. im sorry? come again? hahahaha I was sweating like no other playing the marvel versus capcom 2 game. I kept getting my butt kicked but i kept going back for more. I use the war machine, iron man and ice man combo. Then fred and juju be did the ddr max 2 game, that was funny. I was watching all these filipino kids go all out playing the ddr megamix game. Man those are the hardcore people who got nothing else to do but go to arcades. Juss like the people who keep winning in those action games. haha fred and i saw this kid who was wearing this long sleeve thick sweater as if it was raining or something outside. Then on top of that he had these bangs that were long that went down on each side of his face. Hmm pretty different if you ask me. Fred and i also competited against each other riding the horse game. ah thats an exercise all by itself. That wore my arms out and errthang!

We left @ like 8pm, i rode w/the velascos more then halfway home. Arch and i were serenading w/open the eyes of my puso. The girls in the back were sleeping off and on. I forgot to mention if you get the chance ask achie to give you the full details of her most favorite 2003 moment. ITs a story you gotta listen to! Got to barstow and we took a break, got food and bathroom breaks. I tried to commit suicide jumpin off that ledge but good thing fred saved me! hahahaha no its not real suicie it was a fake, see in the parking lot they had this ledge you can jump off. The fall is juss a grass hill then the sidewalk and then the street. But if you look at it, it looks deep. So i jumped off of it and fred said, 'Do you trust me?!' i said, 'huh?!' he said again, 'do you trust me?!' then i said 'yes, i trust you.' Then 'grab my hand!' he said. hahhah jk that was a line from batman forever. It wasnt that dramatic juss wanted to throw in some more flava to the story. hahaha

From barstow back, we switched people in cars. Jujue be took my spot in the velasco car and i took his in jeanne's car. Well we were listening to this slow jam mix and i was singing as usual. I will always remember that nite cuz thas when JL confessed her love for me. See i was singing and i said, 'you know your love was meant to be, that kind of love that lasts forever.' Then jl interrupted me and said, 'its OUR love ja$on!' oh man i was thrown off, i couldnt believe it! JL was confessin to me that she had feelings for me! My puso jumped and was thumping how thumper was in the movie bambi. hahahahahahaa jeanne and mike were thrown off, they couldn;t believe it either, but they were happy! So with that being said, hurr are some of my new favorites...

We got back from v2 @ like 1am, we said our closing prayers and departed juss like the way they did in the ol tv show 90210. YOu know the opening credits, then at the end errone slaps hands and leaves. Thas the same way we did it last nite. haha jk i didnt sleep till like 2am, cleaning up my room and puttnig stuff away. It felt nice to sleep in my own bed again. Although the weekend went by hella fast, it feels like only sunday. Well its nice to have a 3 day work week! woOO! now its back to the real world again. I had more fun in v2 then v1 juss cuz of all the exciting things that went one. Well ill be going back in july, the 2nd weekend, so if anyone would like to go and come along to help celebrate my 21st birfday w/me thatd be d0pe!!!!

Turns out the theme for this weekend was catholics gone wild cuz some of SOl was in vegas, some of love of God in oxnard was in vegas and some of St. Lucy;s youf group was in vegas too. hahaha wow prayer groups gone crazy on the reals! haha naw i guess there was some youf group seminar over @ St. Frances De Sales this past weekend.
