Maan today was a long day, i had a hard time going to sleep after adoration this morning. Youd think id be the most peaceful after being w/Jesus. So i stayed up for about 30 min. online then was able to fall alseep. Woke up at 615am the usual time i wake up for class on mon. and wed. Ahh i wanted to sleep in! I took a nice hot shower and i thought i was gonna be running late. Though i made it on time! Pretty much errone made it on time! Praise God for that! Then we ran into a small problem, we need to get upsturrs. We didnt know if any padres were gonna be around @ 7am being mass isnt till 8am. I stopped and i prayed asking God to send me a priest to open the doors. Sure enough, God answers prayers! I found Fr. Brennan in the sacristy and was able to get him to open room b.

We all help bring down all the instruments and wha not to the currs. Next we were on our way to norco, home of the cowtown! We got thurr bout right at 8am, and it was pretty cold. Maan Norco is full of ranches and field areas. Crazy part is they even have posts in front of stores whurr people can tie up their horses and wha not. Fr. Fogarty seemed pretty happy to see us, his parish is really small. Its pretty much juss right for him and fr. crilly. The youf alpha group thurr is way smaller then one at sPv. I started to get homesick and started to miss our own youf alpha kids. So the day began, and oh man the hearts of these kids were stone. We knew we had a long day ahead of us. Ha i dont think norco was ready for my engery and excitement! ha

Towards the end of the first session of praise & worship things started to slowly, real slowly ease up. I was going in and out of the blessed sacarament praying for GOd to soften up their hurrts. That theyd open themselves up to the Holy Spirit and give the day a chance. Peter gave his talk on 'Who is the Holy Spirit?' Came all decked out on his marine core gurr, gving the kids a good wake up call. Something they all totally needed, a lot of the guys put up the whole 'im hard' front. Then burr and boss lady gave their talks, the kids really liked those ones. ONly cuz it was a lot easier for them to relate to. They were amazed how they were bof able to turn their lives completly around and the trust in God's spirit.

I didnt think we were gonna be able to to 'who builds the faith' at the end, but suprisngly they enjoyed it. Praise God i was smiling cuz God touched their hurrts and broke down those barriers. Im so glad nicole and kyle came, theyre two really d0pe indivduals! I havent seen kyle in like yurrs. HE had the whole 'OC look' going on, it was pretty funny. Those two kids have some mad vokals! Next time i see them, theryre gonna do a duet for the vmail! I love nicoles singing voice, its soo wow. I can picture myself laying on a hammock listening to her sing. Her voice is so peaceful and calm that it makes you juss want to lay down. ahh

Fred and i had a good convo on the way back from norco. Man was it raining real hard! It was pretty skurry, i perfer really not to drive in the rain. Especially when its raining hardcore, the roads are too slipperly and im afraid something could happen. Anywya, so as we were singing Nktob and shai were talking bout the evolution of our comps. Like how we bof had macs first and stuff, neeeeeyooww! Then we were talking bout back in the days going to tower and getting cassette singles. Remember when it was 2 for $5! Or the times we'd try to double tape, and you couldnt put it on high speed or else it would mess up the recording! haha Then when CDs came out, recording from CD to tape. Sitting thurr next to the radio listening ot the entire CD. Or remember those pull out cassette steros, the ones whurr you had to pull out the whole system. This way no one would jack it from your car! haha oh man how tech. has changed.

Came home and took a nice nap, heif called me so we were chatting for about a good 45 min. Afterwards went out w/the room to htb at souf street. Good times, good fun, so much for errone and their projket diets. When i got home it was nice the furr place was going and the house was so comfy. I cant wait till im able to get to bed! ha I had a really fun convo w/ngfoo tonite, we played '5 ?'s' whoa we have so many things in common! haha

Highlight of the day: So we were bout to take a group pic w/ fr. fogarty and i was trying to get maurice's attention. I called out to him 'pops.' Fr. Fogarty was right beside me and he smiles, looks at me and asks, 'Pops?! why do you call him pops?!' haha i was like umm cuz he's my pops father! haha i thought that was funny. Maybe it was juss one of those things whurr you had to be thur also.

Tomorrow core group meeting, hopefully it wont last forever long, and then hw time! Then the weekend is over. I found a new song yall should dload, 'deeply in love.' by youf alive. Kyle and nicole suggested i dload the song. Its really d0pe and wow makes you love Jesus even more! OH man i still gotta get things ready for mondays meeting! So much to do, so little time!
