I attempted to make this new dish at work yesterday and it didnt turn out. Well i shoudlnt say it didnt turn out, it was juss that i had to cook the meat in the oven. It was taking forever to bake in the oven, so i ended up jus giving the kids icecream. Note to self: never make a dish without having tried it before. ITs coo errone was supportive in helping me out, even the best chef's make mistakes! haha NExt week is gonna be tight, im only gonna be working 2 days! yay! i have monday off since it's a holiday and then i have thurs. off to go to youf congress. That should be fun, its like a mini version of the SOL youf rally.

Anyway, SRE went really well last nite. Im so excited our kids(achie and i)are making their 1st reconciliation in two weeks. For homework last week they had to memorize the first three lines of the act of contrition. Man we all know how many times that prayer has been revised. So achie and i bof tested them and they got half of the prayer memorized. PRaise God, im really happy and their progress in learning their prayers. They've got down the 3 basic prayers already, which is a great feeling to watch and see your children grow. In fact one of them rememberd last nite what we told them bout the catholic church. She remembered how we explained to them how the catholic church was founded by Jesus. The best part was she even remembered the one thing that makes the catholic church stand out from all the rest...the Eucharist. She said oh cuz we believe that its the actual body and blood of Jesus right? While they think its juss a symbol? Amen!

I was going ot go to my coworkers last nite for some mixed drinks and sushi, but she never called me back bout directions. Oh well, i went to my aunts instead and watched spike tv. I was watching that one show it was like the extreme show or something. ANyway, they were doing all these different activities in japan. Its like a competition and some of the events they had to do looked tight! I thought itd be coo to try out some of those events. Too bad we dont have an area like they did otherwise those would be d0pe events for Spirit Games.

LAter on burr and i watched the barbershop 2 at the krikorian, man i love it how the bp mall has a theatre now. So convient to go over thrur and watch movies, then knowing i dont have a long drive home either. The theatre was pretty dead, it was juss us and like 6 other people. We were the first ones in thurr, so we were throwing popcorn. The movie was funny, i think i enjoyed the 2nd one better then the first. It was a lot more comedy and man cedric the entertainer is hilarious. Ice cube is getting old hes gotta be like 40 something haa jk. Forreals though i remember back in the days. QUeen latifiah isnt in the movie as much as i thought she was gonna be. Actually, theyre put together almost like a part 3 to it. Queen latifiah owns the beauty parlor next door, so the next movie is gonna be bout the beauty parlor. The soundtrack is tight!
