"With every ending, there is a new beginning..."

So im hoping w/the ending of another LSS, it will help bring some moe of the youf to the community. Were gonna need them to take over SH when we leave, being SH has a rep. of being old. Surely the presence of the spirit was in the hall this weekend. During the partcipant testimonies it was a blessing to hurr how much they got out during the weekend. ITs always sad to clean up after an LSS cuz well as janet said at the end of her song, miss you much, 'is that the end?'

Thursday, mostly errone came over ot practice one last time for the suicide skit. It was cool cuz we did inside the purrking structure, now thas creative! haha PRactice was actually pretty fun, hurring the echo to 'turrrrrn around, every now then i get a lil bit lonely and youre never coming around...turn around bright eyes' Finally we ended up getting out at the last practice. HOtel staff i guess didnt like us playing around. THough it was pretty fun!

Friday came and it was a pretty busy day. Trying to get some last min. LSS stuff done. Actually i juss kinda spent the day at burrs, who gave me hurr cut and made me omlette and mud pie cake for me. Then we went to the bp mall and went to alllll these sturrs. Actually i fell asleep thurr as he was watching friends second season.

Went to mass @ SpC @ 630pm and then headed over to sPv to see if fr. paul aka pizaul would open the hall for us that nite. He felt uncomfortable doing it w/o fr. kevin's permission. So i waited for fr. kevin to come out from this fri. nite group. WEll this one family comes up to me as im waiting and asks wha time fr. kevins thing is over. I said i dont know so then they asked if i could go get him. I said well you can hes in there, then they said, 'well we dont know him. ITs an emergency.'

Hurr i am thinking its life or deaf emergency, so i go in there and told him some people want to talk to him its an emergnecy. He got up real irritated cuz no one wants to be disturbed. So i was listening behind the corner to see if it REALLY was an emergency and it wasnt even close to one. THeyre juss complaining cuz fr. ray was pissed at them cuz they missed their wedding reheasal appt. so he wouldnt let them do wha they wanted. I said agH!!! thas not an emergency theyre juss being OA cuz fr. ray was pissed at them.

From then on i was too skurred to even ask fr. kevin to see if he can open the hall for us in the morning. ANyway, i guess since he was gonna be sayin 8am mass he opened it up for us. WEnt to aelas for some real good soaking prayer and mediation. PRaise God for His spirit present in the room. Praise God for some really inspiring messages from Him. Praise God for all around great soaking prayer.

I didnt leave till almost 2am, then i couldnt even find purrking at the hotel. AGh! I had to purrk all the way around the corner at this other hotel then walk from thurr to my room! agh!!! I was watching tv for a little bit then i gradually fell asleep. Woke up el juego knocking on the door to get in. Apparently the key he had didnt work.

WOke up bright and early @ 6am to get ready to check out and get stuff packed and ready to go. Got to sPv on time ready to for the day. PIcked up a couple of the kids and then they were able to help w/the day. So the first day went well, its awlays exciting to see whos out thurr. Hoj came out to support and that was cool. Christy was thurr the whole weekend to help out as well. I always end up w/the quiet groups, the ones who people dont like shurr much! agh!! It makes group timing a lot longer.

The talks were really good, though i must say i was falling asleep towards the end of the day. After we all went to the cerritos mall to eat and walk around. I was so tired i dont even know why i went ha i really juss wanted to go home and sleep. It was fun though, i saw cici thurr. As always you always run into someone you know at the cerritos mall. Went to the burrs house later on and played two rounds of hol em. I always get crappy currds. I left early cuz i couldnt function anymore and juss needed sleep. I was out by 1030 that nite.

Woke up really sleepy on sun. juss trying ot make it to church. THen i had to pick up one of my other kids who lived at lakeside. I guess thurrs two entrances a guest and a homeowner. The directions i had went to the homewoners side. So i called her and asked her to walk to that side cuz i dindt know how to get to the other side. BEsides i was on a time crunch so we can get ot church. Got thurr w/juss enough time to spurr. I must say i was really dissapointed that my kids who went yesterday didnt come today. In fact im so dissapointed imma tell them they aint making thurr confirmation this yurr cuz they didnt go to 2nd day lss. Yesss!!!

The rest of sunday was touching, as always w/the baptism. I was caught off gurrd cuz i thought it wasnt gonna happen till after lunch. So i was a little bit unprepared. AS mike and i was praying over one of my kids, i heard him receive the gift of tounges. I started to get a headache towards the end but i was juss trying ot ignore it. I really felt the spirit of one of the kids in the group open up. During the praise & worship, i saw him w/his hands in the air surrendering. That was cool.

The adults were even feelin it! haha I really praise God for our elders who really helped out a lot this weekend. Even with them juss being thurr showing thurr support. Tito tom told fr. pizaul on sat. how he was thur when the group first sturrted and how proud he is of us on how much its grown. That meant a lot to hurr that. Our elders are the greatest! Really theyre so supportive w/whatever we need. Willing to give and lend an extra hand. Praise God for tito tom, tito cora, tita lovie, tita emmy, tita stella, tito jess, and tito raul.

During clean up i got tied up in cling wrap. THen i couldnt get out actually i was real dizzzy. Afterwards we all went to savio for adoration to say thanks to Jesus for a great weekend. Savio is juss a nice church, its really nice. THen afterwurrd went to eat at world buffet. Its okay i perfer asia buffet. GOod times w/the community and juss bonding together.

I was talking to julie last nite online and we were bof talking how the spirit was really thurr for all the weekend events. It was cool how chris from SOL texted us(the Lft SHers) to tell us they(SOL) was prayinig for our LSS and to pray for thurrs as well. So i told julie how d0pe that was. Juss being purrt of that mystical body of Christ. She told me she had lifted up our LSS in her prayers over the weekend. Juss as we lifted up all the YFC camps taking place too over the weekend.

Another thing thats so cool is juss how communities have really gotten to get to each other this yurr. Throughout this past yurr even more so now during the spring-summer days ive really felt a spirit of togetherness. Communities working together, supporting each other, helping each other, getting to know each other, and most of all praying for each other. To me thas what being part of the 'Body of Christ' is all bout. 'For we are his handiwork, created in Jesus Christ for the good works that God has prepared in advance, that we should live in them.' Eph. 2:10

'Rather, living the truth in love, we should grow in every way into him who is the head, Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligamnet, with the proper functioning of each part, brings about the body's growth and builds itself up in love.' Eph 4:15-16

ANd this is wha we have become...
'One body and one Spirit, as you were also called to the one hope of your call; one Lord, one Faith, one baptism; one GOd and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.' Eph 4:4-6

So praise God for a really good spirit filled weekend. Now thas over, next is hawaii then spirit games. Wow the summer has juss begun...! Praise God im off today so i can recooperate from the weekend. Yay for day offs!
