Wow i know its been a while since ive last blogged, almost a whole week. As always its been a busy this past week. Ive been coming home late and so by the time i get home, im too tired to blog. Ha or juss couldnt find any motivation on hand to come up w/something. Though i have all these thoughts that have been running in my mind. Kinda like a scrolling marquee w/one thought juss passing by another. Geez, the last time ive blogged was on tuesday. Well takes a look and see whas been on mind this past week. Hopefully i remember errthang that i wanted to say/mention.

First off, skool sturrts tomorrow...oh joy! THe summer is pretty much over for me, but it has been a great one. Probably the best summer ive had in forever. THough im not gonna go into detail or do my summer summary until after SCRC is over. Thas when summer is officially ova for me after labor day weekend. Im excited at for skool to sturrt, agh! But like all good things, they must come to an end. Praise God i dont got class till 12pm tomorrow, so i have to sleep in a little bit. Im hoping i can get to mass tomorrow morning before going to skool. Wha also sucks is less hours now for work...so pay checks will be smaller now that im going back to purrt time. Oh whY?!

So on tuesday, jaymee gave a really d0pe talk in regards to purity. I always love her talks cuz she has so much passion for all the topics she speaks on. Especially when it comes to her youf alpha and lss talks. Her talks are so spirit moving and convicting it would be impossible not to take away anything from the talk. One point she covered that was great was on dress. About dressing modestly. Thurr are so many people today who dress like they dont curr bout thurr bodies its sad. Especially when it comes to mass, they dress w/like theyre whole body is showing. Good stuff! yay!!

After prayer meeting, the guys came over to the house i was housesitting for the week. We brought back food and were watching some movie called 'possessed.' A like low-budget version of the excorcist, it wasnt too skurry. SO we were watching that then el juego stayed around for a while longer and we were juss flipping through the channels. I went in the spa and chilled in thurr for a while. I loved thurr spa i felt soo relaxed especially after a long day of work. The jets are so relaxing too it massages your back w/the warm water.

Wednesday, was a long day for me being i worked like a 12 hour day. Out dept. assitant was gone for the day helping cover interviews @ the city of cypress so i had to cover the front. I came in @ 730am that morning, i was so sleepy too. It was such a kick back morning, did nothing but browse the web and read blogs. THough thurrs only so much you can look up online until you get bored. Tried looking up vegas deals also, but couldnt find anything. Later on through the day God gave me energy to get thorugh it. Praise God!

It was so fun cuz later in the afternoon we were having a discussion about the wild west. Being that was the theme for the week, i had look up facts bout the west. Each kid had a different book and was to research a different aspect bout the west to shurr w/errone else. So after they were all done w/thurr research, i stapled on the wall a piece of butcher paper and divided into the different catagories i had them look up. I remember being in 6th grade my teacher always did that w/us. So it was something ive always wanted to do ha in a sense. ANyway, the kids did a really good job in looking up the facts. After each catagorey was done we went over and discussed them.

Ended up working late that nite too cuz i traded evening shifts w/my coworker. After a long day at work i ended up going to sly to thurr meeting. Fred had told me LOC was in town and its been a while since ive gone to SLY. It was a really good praise & worship, felt the spirit juss moving w/in the hot crowded room. One of the members of LOC was leaving to the seminary to become a brother and try out the religous life. I'll get into this topic later on. Afterwurrds went to taps in carson, ran into marylou and christy thurr. Sleepy coming home so i called aalaine whos like my buddy to call when im sleepy on the road.

Thursday was a good work day, it went by pretty fast. Took about almost 4o kids to the beach for the day. It was freakin cold in the morning, but in the afternoon it got real warm. The kids were real good for the most purrt. The difficult purrt was juss being able to keep an eye on all of them. Thursday was a real good day to go bodyboarding or surfing cuz the waves were juss whoa! The kids were getting knocked down pretty hurrd from them too. Though each time they got knocked down, they juss got right up again. Maan the faith and perserverance of a child is amazing! Thas why kids can be soo inspiring, if you get the chance to work w/them.

That nite i went to the SRE meeting, i feel bad for sandy cuz erryurr she goes through the same problems of having to find teachers. She;s missing like 4-5 on tues. nites and 2-3 on thursday nites. I was originally not going ot teach anymore on thurs. nites, but i told God if she needed my help then i would. Ah since jeanne and mike isnt teaching this yurr i was given thurr class to teach this yurr. Ill be honest i really didnt want to take it, but as i told God if she needed me id do it. I guess its juss ive been teaching on thurs. nites since i was like in jr. high that i wanted a break. As much as i love teaching SRE, its gets tiring doing two nites a week. Never the less though, God will provide. Ive done in the past, one moe yurr wont hurt. Then maybe after this yurr i can retire! haha I juss wish also our priests whurr more supportive of the program. IT sucks that they arent!

Friday i was home all day cleaning out my room. I went to comissioner ash's house to feed and check up on the dog one last time. When i got thurr they whur already home! I was kinda suprised they got back so early, but relieved. It was getting too much going back and forth errday. ANyway, did small talk w/her bout thurr trip and errthang. Came back and got ready for mass @ confession @ sPc. They got a new priest to replace fr. greg who left for argentina. It was actually pretty coo cuz i thought thurr was only one confessional open. Normally its only one, two if you go on a good day haha jk.

So i was waiting in fr. ed's line and i see this lady come up and tell these other ladies thurr was another confessional open. I rushed over thurr as the other two ladies did as well. I ended up going to confession w/the new priest, fr. fernando. He was pretty coo, he seems younger then all the rest of them. I asked him if he was permanent and he told me he was, so thas coo. Good stuff! After mass i got home and i finally took out the filing cabinets in my room. I was so happy to get those things out. I ended up spending the rest of the afternoon rearranging stuff. Im also so happy cuz now that i have the free space i made an altar. A small altar with all my religous books on the bottom. My room looks sooo much better now, its amazing! Praise God for a productive day!

I was suppose to give a talk at st. lucy's charasmatic that fri, but they had this guy whos steps away of being ordained as a priest come in. Then i was trying to decide forever w/reirich wha we whurr going ot do that nite. Ended up going ot tito jess' talk on sexual morality, a very hot topic. What was coo is after i met the burrs cousin from jersey. I learned he's in yfc also in jersey and so we were talking forever bout conference and juss the ministry in genreal. He told me he saw me in the video so cal sent out to all the states. I was impressed cuz ive only got like small clips. Ha praise God to see more people involved w/the church! After the talk, peeps, burr, boss lady, el juego, reirich, and i went to molca salsa to eat and juss chill.

Saturday was a busy day, i went in the mornign to LF's LSS to check it out and see wha i could hepl with. I liked thurr posters and stuff those were nice. It was kinda different cuz thurrs was themed, ive never seen or heard of an LSS being themed. THe LSS went very well, one thing that i stuck out in my mind was from raymond's talk. He made a very good analogy during his God's love talk. Talked bout trusting in God and he referred back to the movie aladin. When aladin rode up w/the carpet to princess jasmine's room. From thurr he held out his hand and asked her, 'Do you trust me?!' Not once did he asked but twice. Same God is w/us all the time holding out his hand and asking us, 'Do we trust Him?'

I loved charisse's talk on the receiving God's gift. This is probaly one of the most difficult talks to do for an LSS. Juss cuz you gotta go over all the charasmatic gifts of the holy spirit. So she broke down each of the 9 gifts into 3 catagories and went over each one of them. Very clurrly and gave an example for the more of the harder ones to understand. Boss lady and i really liked her talk and asked her to send us her notes.

I had to leave the lss early cuz i had a fam bam purrty to go. My aunt was turning fifty so i had to be thurr for good food! Ha my godson is so cute he told me yesterday that he missed me! aww Thurr was a hol em tourney going on but the buy in was $10. I really wanted to play but not for $10. My cousin bought this hardcurr casino set for $500. One of his friends hooked it up for him when he went to vegas. Pretty crazzy!

After i went w/jesty to my boss' housewarming purrty in irvine. Its fun hanging out w/my coworkers in a casual informal environment. The city clerk oh man is too funny when she drinks. THough i had to do the politics and listen to her talk bout errthang. From how she got involved w/politics to her love w/dubya all the way to her buying a new house. Then we were talking bout city jobs and stuff. Told me how when i did my intvw that i did extremely well and i even answered the hard questions. So when i left they wanted me right then and thurr. It was interesting to hurr that story.

Came home before 12 and i saw that my ol friend from HS had called me. I called her this afternoon after mass and we had a really good convo. We were friends from jr. high all the way to hs. So we spent bout 45 min talking and catching up bout what weve been doing. TOld me she got out of abusive relationship w/her bf. How he was very possesive of her and didnt let her have any friends. They were together for like a yurr and 8 months she said. Were suppose to go out and catch up. I also ran into rochelle befoer 12:15pm mass today. Her and i are suppose to catch up some wed. nite then go to a yfc meeting.

Sang at 1045am this morning, i love singing for mass! After we all went to asia buffet for lunch we saw jackie thurr and also the velasco's cousin. I havent had asia buffet in ages! Aela got mad at the manager for trying ot churrge us a 15% tip on our bill! haha Telling the manager we serve ourselves cuz its buffet. Which is true, 15% is freakin a lot to be askin for a buffet. WE should tip them wha we think they deserve.

Came home rested, put together my line up for tues. Then got ready to go st. lucys for mike;s going away purrty. It was sad, but yet a joyous occassion cuz i know Gods looking out for him. He allowed God to work in him to make the choice to join the religous life and try it out. The hard purrt though is leaving errthang and errone behind. Maan i dont know bout that one for me, im soo attached and i get attached easily. Praise God that thurr have been so many young people as of lately making the decision to try out the religous life. ANswering that voice of God telling God that you trust him completely and youre willing to consecrate your whole life to him.
Had a nice little convo. w/ninoy in the purrking lot. He's now the new leader for SCA a brand new experience for him. Please pray for him and thurr group as well as mike.

So thurr you have it my update for the whole week. Im posting some random pics that i found while cleaning. The first one is when i was like only wha 10 yurrs old?! Something like that, i was posing w/my cousins trying to do that whole r&b group pose look. haha Were soo dumb when we whurr little. The other one is one of my ol students from first communion way back like 4 yurrs ago. She gave that to me on the last day of class, maan that was so long ago. The last one goes even further back. This was mercy one of my confirmation students from back in 98. It was like the last day of class. I gotta find the rest of the pics i took on the last day of class.
