SO MUCH TO SAY: THis weekend went by incredibly fast, a lot took place from a wedding to vegas. It was a great weekend, im juss glad I dont to go back to work till wed. I made a smart move by deciding not to go back right away. Whew! I have so much pictures to post on hurr its gonna be amazing once you see them all. In fact this might end up being one really long blog cuz of all the pictures imma have. I do have a lot to say bout errthang that took place this weekend, however Imma wait till have pictures to post too. Woo! That means I get to change my myspace picture as well!

BENDING THE RULES: There's that old expression that goes something like, 'wha happens in vegas, stays in vegas.' I still hold that true, but not this time, in fact I want to share all the fun and exciting stuff that went on in vegas. It was one d0pe mini vacation that I needed. And ohh so happy that the weekend went extremely smooooooth. Oh if only there was more time and more money to spend. Im debating now whether I want to go back for my 23rd birfday...which is july 5 if you happened to have forgotten ha! =) Anyway, thanks for your prayers for a safe trip to and from vegas. Ill share w/you the adventures when I get the pics later on from boss lady.

GOING TO THE CHAPEL: Jenn and Dave's wedding was real nice! They put together themselves the invitations, the programs, all that stuff! You can see the fruits that came out of the time and effort got into makign the day real special. I never been to the Pope JPII polish center, its a nice little place to get married. The celebrant who did the wedding had a lot of energy so it was real cool. The two of them make a great couple. Then the guy who sang was like wow! His voice was so amazing, the way he sang the songs. There was a part that was different then most weddings. During the time when the couple brings flowers to the Blessed Mother, instead of the usual 'Ave Maria' they used 'Gentle Women.' I wonder if you can use any song that involves the Blessed Mother. At any rate, weddings are always fun to go to!

PRE-RECEPTION: THe reception didnt start till 6pm, so we had a lot of time. The reception place was at some country golf place, pretty nifty. Good thing they had snacks before the reception cuz oh man I wouldve starved to death! ha They had bbq sticks, chicken type fingers, um oh yeah then they had an open bar, which was even better. The hard part was waiting to get inside the reception hall where the whole reception was going to take place. The little girl leilani and allegra were running around picking up baby frogs in their hands. Ha that was cute seeing them show errone wha they found.

RECEPTION FUN: I had a d0pe time at the reception, made a lot of noise ha! So you know at all weddings, whenever the new couple hears the clinking of the glasses, they kiss. Well, they added a twist to this tradition. For errrtime the glasses tinkle, then the mc would call out a married couple. The married couple would then have to go out on the middle of the dance floor and then kiss. Afterwards, jenn and dave would have to copy the same way the married couple did it. It was real funny seeing all these couples kiss. The dinner was pretty good, I wish I wouldve gotten the prime rib though. Oh well, the chicken was good, I juss needed more gravy for my potatoes. OH yeah, they had this huge fountain that poured out chocolate pudding! It was crazy it was like being in willy wonka's chocolate factory! haah

DANCE, DANCE, DANCE: After they had the $$ dance, the cake cuttinng, the throwing of the flowers, garter toss, and all of that, we had the rest of the night to dance like it was last nite of the world. It was cool that I knew the djs, so they played all the songs I requested wOo! The music was tight, in fact I had so much I didnt want to quite leave juss yet. THey went into the whole flasback into the 90's era playing all the d0pe hip hop songs. Dancing w/shell was real fun too, she's a real cool person. Then they played lisa, lisa which is the jam if you dont know! I think as tired as banne was, she couldnt resist dancing to our song! ha! 80's ol skool freestyle freakin rocks! So does early 90's songs!

PCN BEATS: After dinner, they had taken away my silverware, so I had nothing to clink glasses with. Then I saw I had two of my wine glasses still, so I used those. Well then aubie started to make the clinking sounds w/his glass combined with the souunds of my wine glasses, it sounded like we were making beats for a pcn. It was pretty tight, you should've heart it, if only I had recorded the sounds on my phone.

THE TRIP: So we all left to vegas that nite leaving at almost 12am. That was a long drive, only cuz I was already tired. Then attempting to stay awake for fred, was even more difficult. The ride over there was real smooth. No trouble or reallly any traffic at all. We finally got at the house at around like 4am. Ate dinner cuz I was so incredibly hungry cuz I hadnt eaten anything since 7ish. The house we stayed at was huuuuuuuge! I was going to sleep in the basement, but then I saw arch and mike were staying upstairs, so I decided to sleep on the couch. It ended up being the burr followed me to agh! haha So it became the 4 of us guys in one room, then fred in basement, aka 'the monster in basement.' I had a hard time falling asleep, cuz I slept so much during the trip. I probably didnt fall asleep till like 5ish. I wanted to go outside and see the sun rise, but I wasnt sure if the alarm was armed in the house. Though I kinda saw it through the window.

MORNING SUNSHINE: Woke up probably around 10ish that morning, tita norma and jem's aunt cooked us breakfast. It was really good breakfast too! So from there we went to mass at 12pm and St. Joseph's Church. Wow the church was magificient it was real pretty inside. Fr. asked those who were serving in the armed services whether past or present to stand and be proud. He also gave props whos families were killed while serving for their country. He shared in his homily, 3 different stories bout food. Food for surivial, food for forgiveness, and food that satisy's our hunger. All which describes the body and blood of Christ for us. Something that he said at the end of his homily, really hit me he said, 'let your hospitality grow from sharing your sandwhich, into sharing your life.' Praise God for catholiic churches! Praise God for bible diary! yay!

BELAGIO: After mass, went to the belagio and ate buffet. The line was forever long but I think it was pretty worth it. I had to get my money's worth eating King Alaskan crab legs, cocktail shrimp, and smoked salmon. Yum I can still taste it in my mouth! ha I know, I'm such a fatty, but I'm working on that! Gambled a little bit, in fact thas really the only place I gambled. Playing slots can be pretty addicting. I spent $11 playing, nickel slots, and I was coo with that. Then I got tempted to play agaiin, and I ended up loosing $20! Oh whY?! I wanted to play at the tables but theyre too much, so you could scratch that idea out.

STAR WARS: Came home and then errone kinda knocked out taking a nap before getting ready to partay later on. I did wha I did best and knocked out in the car, so I was wide awake when we got back. So I played star wars w/the velascos little cousin. The battle ended up going down stairs, where there was not juss one, but two monsters in the basement! ha I was able to blast them down both w/my blaster gun. Ha it was a work oout chasing after the boy, running all around the house upstairs and down. THen I had to go to walmart and get shoes for the clubby club.

GHOSTOWN: All of us went to the palms for a little ghost bar that nite. I had the best time that nite, well I think that goes for all of us. The girls got all spoofed up while I was doing real well playing hol em w/arch and rob. Anyway, so we hit up the club and even though it was so crowded we all still managed to have a d0pe time. In fact I even ran into dorthee over there! ha how crazy! You always manage to runn into someone at vegas. The drinks were freakin expensive though, but it was all worth it. Then errone else wanted to go back down and gamble a bit, so abby, vanessa, her sister, and I stayed up till they came and got us. It was so funny cuz there was this guy dancing w/vanessa's sister and she was geting all irritated by him coming from behind. So then she took my hand and then I started to dance w/her, so the guy would get the hint. He was a little slow, but he eventually got it.

LAUGHTER: We came back at around like 3ish, and we sat at the table cuz we were so hungry. I love moments where you can juss chill w/your friends and juss laugh. Exactly wha we did after we came back from ghost bar. The best times are when you sit and laugh until your stomach hurts. Yay! Then we played hol em afterwards and we all owe peebs $2. ha we all only had big bills to play with. I was doing pretty well, until peebs challenged me and I thought she was bluffing. So I ended up loosing it all...

CHECK THE SCENARIO: Monday rob and I were the first ones to wake up. So we were walking around and he goes to me 'wanna see iraq?' I said okay, then he opens the curtain that shows the backyard and says 'welcome to iraq'! hahaha Then we sat down on the sofa and pretened like it was interview. The scenario was he had invited me ot his house' in iraq to talk bout how he commutes from the city of orange to iraq errday. How the govt. pays for his travel errsingle day and that was one of the benefits. Then archie came who was Abdul-Ghafaar, who didnt speak english but understood it by nodding his head 'yes' to all the questions I asked him. Then we transitioned into the real world las vegas, and archie was the guy who partied all the time leaving the house a mess. Then the stupid burr tried to say I was the gay guy cuz errreal world has one and I was the one. Anyway, we always come up w/fun games to play with.

PORTRAITS: After a really great lunch w/crab, adobo, and more we all took pictures. From me getting stabbed with the light saber to pics of juss teh guys to group shots it was like photomakers all over again! Well you can check out them pics below for yourself, I juss had a d0pe weekend on the reals. Why was it so great? Fun times spent of bonding with some fantastic people that I love. Kinda like when your family goes on vacation ya know? You enjoy the quality you spend w/them. Even if you dont do a whole lot, you still enjoy it. Yup.
