Stuff and More Stuff

TRANSFORMATION: Confirmation season 4 has begun, and it's going to be an interesting year cuz #1, it's so diverse! Im so use to have mostly all filipinos in my class that this year I've got maybe like 3-4 thas it! Whoa crazy! So there's this kid that I had in my class a couple years ago. This was the kid who came from the class from hell and always made tues. nites difficult for me. Last month I had ran into him during the festival and he was really excited to see me. He asked if I was teaching confirmation again this year and I told him I was. I turned and asked him if he'd be willing to share a small testimony w/my class. Fast forward to today, he calls me today and asked if he could come by tonite. I told him it was coo, so he comes by and share this really awesome testimony. ANd you could tell it came from the heart, its soo inspiring to see God work through these young people. On top of that to have former students come back and want to take part in something in the church. For me that made my day and I am grateful to God for allowing me to do what I do. Tonite was a perfect reminder of God's love.
GREAT BOSS: Ive been have these struggles at work the past couple of weeks. People ready to throw stones at me for whatever reason. Today was one of those days where I felt completely frustrated. On the way to Confirmation tonite I called my boss and shared w/her my frustration about the situation. I'm so grateful cuz she's the best boss ever, she's very generous, patient, and juss great to work with. She always tells me to take something out of these situations and grow from it. Its one of those blessings to be able to say how much you enjoy working w/your boss.
CANT WAIT: Next weekend is going to be freakin' awesome and I cant wait! Oktoberfest is here and this year's entertainment is crackin! I mean geez its only J Ricz, Passion, and Gabe coming down to share in the festivities! This is something I've been looking forward to since summer and it's finally coming. I pray that errthang works and I dont end up setting myself up for a disappointment. One of the youf was saying Sat. is going to be waaay crowded in the evening time knowing whos coming. Ahhh I've never been so excited, well actually but maan can we juss fast forward to next weekend already?
