I had a great day makeitclap! I woke up early and i went over to help out at catholic house in santa ana. Let me tell you, it was a totally humbling experience for me. There were a lot of little kids running around and juss laughing and playing. Great stuff. Its something that maybe SH can do later on in the future. I guess usually on teh weekends there isnt a lot to do being that they have big groups there. Mark anthony and i were actually the ones who went. We didnt really stay there long being that there wasnt a lot of stuff to do. Helped them clean up the backyard area, then made some lunches for the kids. It makes me happy inside knowing that i can help others who are in need.

My parents and i went out later on to help finish decorating my classroom. Then we all went out to celebrate makeitclaps birfday at paul's place. MmM pauls place is yummy, good food! Their onion rings are off the wall delicious. So next time i go out w/a group of people and we need someplace to eat, then ill bring up pauls place. Dang, ive been eating a lot of fast food lately. Ha thas probably why im so passive huh! ha its okay when i die i wont be judged on much fast food i ate or how much food i ate in general. Unless i committ sloth, but ha i dont eat juss to eat. haha

Anyway, after an afternoon full of dramatics and let me tell you it was unexpected dramatics. I was able to find peace w/Jesus later on @ St. DOminics. I love ohw they decorate the church for advent, they got like real life human size manager. So a lot of different things JEsus said to me tonite. THings that i needed to hurr over and over again. Things that i also needed to be reminded of. I was reading a book and this jumped out to me,

"When you must suffer, think of the master standing head and shoulders above those who were taunting him. All the strength of God was shinning through his eyes as He stood there and took all they had to give, even as he would hang there and ask forgiveness for them, and at the end win back a thief and gain an eternal kingdom."

God has given me a lot of trials to deal with this past month. More then i expected, truly He tests me on how much i can handle. HOw i deal with each situation. I praise Him for the crosses He has me carry. Even the heaviest ones cuz man without them how would i be able to grow? I compare my life in a way to gameboard, for each good deed/action i do, im able to go forward. Yet then there are trials, the blocks that try and prevent me from doing what i need to do. Banne said to me that these trials im given mean that He's giving me the opportunity to practice the virtues He's trying to grow in you. Patience, understanding, forgiveness, mercy, love.

YOu know whos great? Leo that guy is juss full of God's love. When he struggles He puts his whole will and gives it to God. That guy is moviation for me to trust in God, and look to him when trials arise. To hold the crosses i bear w/love and look to God for guidance. Its cool how he's able to smile despite his own personal struggles. Gotta tell ya, this guys faith is an inspiration to me. I guess GOd sent him in my life to help movitivate me when i need to good ol jump kick. Yes to put me on check as well. Praise God for people who movitate you to become a better christian.

Its true we all are many parts, we are all one body, and the gifts we have we are given to share with the spirit of God makes one in peace, one love that we share, one hope and despair, one cross that we bear. When part of that body suffers, the rest of it suffers with together. I know fred could attest to that, he experienced it first hand. Love, i love it!

Happy 1 year Makeitclap! Thank you for errthang youve done for me, always giving me your eurr to listen to. Yes, we have gone through a lot together in juss one year, but let this not be the last! Youre always thurr when i need you, well pretty much. THe best thing about you is i can find you world wide!! I can go to africa and youll still be thurr for me, i can go to alaska and youll still be thurr. Ahh makesitclap, my life has become much more interesting since you came in. Ha, no im not weird, if you read my previous post a couple days ago bout blogs, then youll get the above paragraph. Wow i was juss all over the place today, the holiday madness has begun! That time when errone is juss rush, rush, rush. The time whurr people are so pushy inside the stores that they tramble all ova you. The time of yurr when errone wants to get their shopping down that very first day. The time of yurr when people dont mind waking up early in the morn. to hit up some of the happiest places on earf. Yes, the holidays are hurr! uh oh...dun dun dun

My mom said she ended up getting into some fight w/some lady inside kbtoys. The lady said to my mom get out of my face! Thas when my mom socked her in the face and said now my fist is all up in yo face! haha jk my mom didnt do that, however it would make for a better story. Juss like the ol saying goes. I havent used that expression in yurrs! Anyway, the lady did say get out of my face to my mom and my mom threw 'god card' at her instead. Ha! i love it god cards run in the family as you can see. My mom said to her, 'you know what lady, youre rude and i hope you burn in hell!' hahhaa no she didnt say that either, however as i said earlier, it would make for a better story! jk Naw what my mom really said was, 'GOd bless you and peace be w/you.' Then walked away, god card i tell ya, never leave home without it!

My mom also saw a car accident today. This van evidently felt that he could juss squeeze his way through the lane. HE ended up hitting the car in the front of the lane. Then check this out, the foo sped off. Yup a 'hit in run' except no one was hurt or got ran over. The funny thing is, the person who that van hit, well he had a camera on his cell phone. That person was lucky enough to take a pic of the van's licesne plate #, then call the popos. Im curious to see what happened ot that guy who did the hit-n- run. YOu think theyll take him into jail or is he juss gonna have this wicked fine to pay? All i gotta say is well it sucks to be that person!

So i hit up cerritos mall this mornign and wow abercombie and fitch is now open. Later went to the bp mall and had lunch their w/my parents. That great steak and potato place isnt too bad. I had this teriyaki type of sub/philly sandwhich. I went to work to finish up the decorations on my classroom thas when francis hit me up. We went to main place in santa ana, that mall has a lot of mexicans/hispanics versus cerritos the home of the asians. Then we went to best buy in cerritos, when we parked i saw boss lady's curr. I ran into the store looking for them and lo and behold i saw her and burr in the appliances section. I witness them buy their fridge for their home. Congrats to them for buying their fridge! yay! Then went to wal-mart to help francis get a gift for his friend.

So he buy his friend this $64 dvd set from that series of movies 'band of brothers.' Ha must be some good friend, if youre willing to spend $64 on that person eh?! WEll i gotta funny story to shurr. HE goes back to the curr and gets his checkbook cuz hes evidently gonna pay for his merchandise by check. He keeps asking me, 'are you sure they accept checks hurr?' I said over and over again, 'yes they accept checks, dont worry.' When we get up to pay in line, he asks the lady if they accept checks. I laughed he goes well i juss wanted to make sure. Hurrs the funny part, after the lady scans the item, he asks, 'who do i make the check out to?' hahaa the lady and i kinda busted up. She said to him, wal-mart, where do you think you are target?! Ha i guess this i was his first time 'writing out checks at a store.' Normally, i guess he only uses his checks to pay for his bills.

Came home and i watched, 'Red Dragon' the first in the hannibal lector series. Eh, that was pretty creepy movie. Though i thought it was quite interesting to see how the whole thing started off. Then i watched 'final destination 2' later on at nite. Ah that one was skurry! If you watch youll get skurred too. After watching movies like that i tend to get real paranoid. Thas the affect skurry movies seem to have on me. Well only temporary then im coo after that. Well im off tomorrow to go volunteer at catholic worker. Then probably go back to work and finish what i didnt finish today.

Ahh yes 1 more day till makeitclap turns one! Went up to oceanside today and man oh man the traffic was soo bad! The 5s was jam packed with cars, it took us almost 3 hrs to get over thurr. Had good times w/fam bam tribe, my phone was blowing up w/texts all day long. Good food, good times. Yum! Traffic was clurr on the way home, errone must be spending the weekend up souf whurrever they wurr going to. My cousin's girl gave me a really relaxing massage this afternoon. I borrowed that movie fear dot com from my cousin. Ahh now thas a skurry movie. It makes you not wanna go online. Go watch it!

ANyway, so youre probably wondering why i posted that real ol skool pic. Well i had this talk w/banne bout how time passes by. Juss how its funny when you look back and reminsce on the ol skool moments you end up laughing. Like this picture that was almost 3 yurss ago when that pic was taken. Check out dem folks! Its funny how random people who youve never knew before, end up becoming some of your closet friends later on. Wow so many memories ive shurred w/these group of people. The list only grows bigger day by day. Trials and blessings, but through errtrial we get through it together and come back together. Servant's Heart a group people that are truly...heaven sent! i love it, really i do!

Ah what a perfect quote for thanksgiving. We make a living by what we get, yet what we give to others thas how we make a life. So if you break down the word 'thanks-giving' we give thanks to GOd for all the great blessings He gives us and continues to give us. On top of that we are called to give to others, juss how God gives us blessings errday. Yesterday was juss tons of fun and im extremely thankful for all the new friends ive made.

So yesterday i spent all afternoon and evening up in irvine. Had a some-what family dinner with my liwanag family. Actually it was only leo and i from shepherd's flock joined by cristina, janice, flo and leo's friend natalie. We ate at the spectrum at this sushi place called, 'maki, maki' mmm i love sushi. They were pretty good especially since it was half off! I had 2 philly rolls w/some of errone else's sushi. WEll since leo broke his glasses and didnt have his contacts on he asked me to drive back to in-n-out whurr my car was parked. Ha youre thinking, he asked YOU to drive?! Yup he asked me to drive his nice solora! whoa i got to drive a solora!
Ha the two of us ending up get 'turned around' coming back to the spectrum going back to uci. Oh well we ended up getting back safe and sound.

Then we went to his apt. and chilled. Good convo. Oh yeah he had me listen to this song in his car. I forgot wha its called and i knew i would, i shouldve written ti down. The song was about the nail who was pounded in to JEsus. Actually, its the nail talking in the song, as he doesnt know exactly know whas going on. I really, really liked that song, i guess jei had him listen to the song. Later on his joe and ed who also lives in the apt. came by. Good times, we watched the laker game and talked bout the 'days with the Lord' retreat. It sounds like a 'discernment' retreat, cuz there's no talking and its a fasting one also. I guess you gotta be sponsored to go and your sponsor takes you out for a 'last supper' anywhurr by your request. Sounds good to me! yum!

Joe was telling me bout the youf group he started called, 'nativity' at his ol home town. Him and his the cock crows 'thrice' joke was freakin hillarious juss like this 'getsemane.' He actually meant 'gethsemane.' hahah Good times, then i went over to francia's apt. whurr dee & cristina live also. We were suppose to play 'cranium' but errone who was thurr was juss knocked out. Tonz, eileen, and kathee were on the couch juss like sleeping, well except tonz. We were watching some fashion type show on vh1. Ha i learned a new word, 'metro-sexual.' Someone whos straight, but yet has feminie qualities. Hey i know someone who fits those qualities! hahaha Anyway, angie martinez and dave came by also as well as jenna. We ended up having a jam session inside dee's room.

Ahh yes i love them folks up at uci! THeyre juss oozles of fun over and over again!

Highlight of the day: So i found this guy i went to hs with on friendster. I wasnt like really close to him but we were coo w/each other. My jr. year when i was editor-in-chief of the skool newspaper i wrote an article bout him. Anyway, he wrote me this really kind testimony today and it really made my day! i love it!

Wow there have seemed to be a lot of people missing tonite from prayer meeting. Isnt that juss interesting?! Let's take roll to see who we had missing, well there was...haha nevermind. HOw bout well juss the people who were missing from prayer meeting they know who they are! muwahahhaha Leo from liwanag came out tonite, yay for him! He came out to get fed haha cuz well i know how that is when youre feeding so much that there are times when you juss wanna eat. Leo's a really cool guy, very humble and generous. Gots mad respect and love from my brotha on the souf side. Ha that was ghett0. Im feelin the new iservantsheart blog! yay for community blog, i hope a lot of people will add their own random posts.

So my one year blog anniversary is coming up. Wooo! I never thought this 'blog' was gonna last this long. I remember when i first started my blogs were crammed in together, no paragraphs or anything. Then it was suggested that i break them up into paragraphs, so i did that and it looked a lot better. HA i read some place blogs/xangas etc. are like in a way some people's bf/gf/husband etc. Why? Well some people you know get really intimate w/it and write down errthang. Or its like you come home and you hop onto your blog and it's like, 'Hey honey, guess wha happened today!' or 'oh man you'll never believe wha happened to me today!' Ha in any case im blogging is fun! Its interesting wha runs through certain people's minds.

I was feelin like eh at work yesterday, i dont think im giving my body enough rest. So i had a stuffy nose all weekend and even still. Though its getting better i think, the kids were juss so loud! My boss let me get off an hour early, which was nice. Came home ate dinner and i was off again to land of carson. Oh man traffic was so bad! It took me 30 min. from the time i got on the freeway until i got upto cerritos, juss barely getting into it. Geez, and i ended up being late too to the united nations meeting! agh! I hate traffic!

Anyway, so the united nations of prayer communites/youf groups met up last at. St. Philomena. Both charisse and i couldnt stop thinking bout all the good fruits of the meeting last nite. Errone who confirmed that was gonna come came and more! Praise God! There were leaders that ive never seen/met before. Wow im so excited for the now called, 'spirit games.' We had memebers from SOL, LF, SH, Liwanag, SLY, Lambs of Christ, Student Catholic Assoc., YFC, HEart of Jesus, YOuf Coming together, Alliance of two hearts. We started w/a some soaking prayer, it felt really relaxing. YEt my puso was beating so hard, maybe juss cuz i was so excited w/the turn out! I made these cardstock name tags, so we looked all professional. The name tag had the person's name and wha community they were from. Ha i wanted to have the whole 'united nations' look/feel to the place.

Praise God cuz the meeting was really fruitful as well as really productive. It was coo, how despite the fact some of us barely knew each other or didnt knwo each other at all it was all fun. There wasnt that awkward silence thats like whas next? Actually in fact errone was juss joking around and juss having a gran ol time. Even after the meeting was over we still talked outside and caught up bout whas going on in our own communities or own countries so to speak. Ha! The hardest part of it all was trying to get a date to have the event. The whole month of july ws impossible to do. June was out of the question cuz of graduations etc. So we tenatively planned it for Sat. Aug. 7. Please pray w/us that nothing will be going on that day w/the different communities. Were looking to have at a college campus, like uci or lmu. We changed the name of the games too. The motion to change name to the 'Spirit Games,' was moved to the table and carried.

Then nick brought up the whole leaders formation team, like an community outreach team. Thas also somethign to be excited about. A group of leaders from different communites to come together and train other communites. The goal hopefully maybe even later on is to even do LSS/GSS and all that good stuff. Charisse, christy and i were saying later on after, how as leaders its always were feeding, yet its so difficult to get fed. Thas why we tend to go and visit other communities to get fed. Yum spiritually fed! Anyway, im excited to see the formation of that team build as well.

So youre asking how is this 'spirit games' gonna work? Each community will be responsible for setting up one game and all the materials/logistics to it. Charisse and i emphasized how it will be the community leader's responsiblity to make sure their community is practicing good sportsmanship. OTherwise her and i will be the sportsmanship po pos. Then instead of how the normal friendship games work with tallying up points for each game, were gonna have a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner for each game. Too complicated to do the whole tallying up points. Each communtiy also will be responsible for coming up w/like a team cheer. yay! Well have a 'spirit award' for the most 'spirited community.' THen were planning to have an opening ceremonies w/a mass. Christy and this other guy josh from umm LOC i think are responsible for putting together a mixture of different music ministires combined. Then have like a choir w/each person wurring their 'community colors' representing. Ahh yes im excited!!!! I love it!

Our next meeting is gonna be @ sPv, errone agreed that its pretty much general location for almost errone to meet. Like its middle ground, except for the valley peeps. Check that out, we had a couple of people come from northridge and up in the valley! Even julie came up from all the way in temecula! Craziness yo thas juss confirmation though of how much God must want these games to come together. I even told cyril that last nite. She told me its funny cuz the day i sent out that email/proposal her and some other person from her community were juss talking bout it! Coincidence?! I think not. ALl i gotta say is praise God, for a very productive, fruitful meeting. Im excited to see how the plans are gonna unfold! Yay!!!

So im burr's new cell phone agent, like how you have a real estate person to help you look for a house. Well i guess im his cell phone agent to help him look for a new cell phone company. I checked out verizon and cingular, one of two popular ones. Sprint and nextel are too expensive. T-mobile didnt have any really good plans either. I think he's leaning towards cingular, or maybe staying w/att & t. Cingular has whas called 'roll over' min. so whatever min. you dont use it carries over to next month as extra min. I like to call them 'roll over the ocean, roll over the sea' minutes. Speaking of rolling over, its funny when liwanag does the 'community' song, they actually 'roll over the ocean, roll over the sea.' hahahahaha thas funny!

I had my confirmation students for their hw, read certain entries on my blog that pertained to what was discussed in class. They were then to email be back a response on what they got out of those entries. Well one of the kids replied back w/this last nite and i thought it was inspiring to me so i thought id shurr it w/errone else.

"From the October 30th entry, I learned that death is not a bad thing at all. If you have lived your life as Christ would have wanted you to, and if you believe in God and His Kingdom in Heaven, then you'll pass away to heaven in eternal bliss. God chooses when everyone is to die. Trust in God because He knows when the time is right for you to be with Him and the angels and saints.

From the November 3rd entry, I learned that you should cherish the good times you have with everyone. I also learned about the relationship triangle with God on top.

From the November 4th entry, I learned that in a relationship, the first and most important aspect is the spiritual one. A strong spiritual bond leads to a good emotional bond which leads to a good physical aspect. A couple's relationship should make their faith stronger as they grow together. I also learned that having faith can help with so many emotional problems as it did with the kid in the story."

Do me a favor, hit up the tagboard and write down one thing youre thankful for. Ha i heard last nite on the radio that ol song, 'This one's for the children.' Oh man tha song is freakin old! But it leaves you w/one fresh cool message. Oh last nite it was funny, gretchen made the announcement about SOL winter formal. Christy, greg and charisee and i all started to laugh. The whole SOL winter formal inside joke. I want to see Love dont co$t a thing, honey and lotr-return of the king. Pray for me as i lead prayer meeting tonite, and pray for those whove asked me to pray for them as well! Thanks! Well thas it now for now, short week yay!


Spirit Games, hurr we come!

Woo! United nations meeting is tonite, im excited to see this gathering of different groups near and far for one main reason to build up the kingdom of GOd hurr on earf. Its gonna be fun meeting the groups whom i havent met before. As i mentioned before this must be something God is feelin' otherwise we wouldnt have all these confirmations from the different communities wanting to participate. So praise God for that!

I ended up chillin w/jay da banker's friends last nite, we went to thai bbq though i didnt eat. Juss chilled and talked bout music from the past and other such stuff. That guy ruel is pretty coo, him and i were talking forever bout all kinds of stuff. I thought it was gonna be kinda weird being that jay da banker ended not being able to go. THough they were cool people and it wasnt boring. They eat like no other on sun. They go all out like theyll go to church then theyll all go out for lunch, go home then end up going out to eat later on, then get starbucks after. Wow, thas a lot in one day. ANd i thought sh ate out a lot, theyre hardcore. Good times though, fun stuff!

So the weekend once again was a productive yet busy one. BEnefit concert was juss off the hizzle and im sure i know how liwanag felt afterwards. The whole wnating to replay the evening over again. Juss the same way i felt after sh cafe was ova. I still look at that stage and think wow all that happened hurr. Then sat. juss all ova the place from beatitudes to sunny hills then ova to irvine. Gothica was a tight movie, its skurry and makes you think of purgatory. Fun times w/yfc as always, lovin it! Then sunday music min. practice then chillin w/some other coo peeps. Ah yes i love it!

Holidays are approaching and that means its time to make my annual holiday shopping list! Yay! THough it seems like erryear the list gets bigger, imma have to compact it this year. Oh im excited cuz next month imma be getting my holiday bonus! It should be bout $4-500, around there, that'll come in handy. SO much stuff going on next month w/xmas parties, caroling, work events, that fun juss doesnt seem to stop! Im excited for wha God has in store for me i know this is like random, but its true. God has already blessed me w/so much already. I mean he's blessed me with 2 other new groups of friends. He's allowed this 'friendship games' to take place so far. I got new family members, and other great things are still yet to come. How do i know GOd has great things planned? Its simple, all i gotta do is take a look a at all the blessings i already have. I can only be even more excited for the more blessings He has in store for me. God is great!

YEsterday was juss one non-stop day, i was going all over the place. I woke up @ 8am then went to youf alpha training. Long but i guess productive meeting, once again we had to watch that nicky gumbel movie bout how to train speakers/leaders. Agh, ive watched that video for the past three straight years in a row. I pretty much know what to expect and i always look back from my worksheet to the movie to see what point theyre on. Im doing the same talk i did last year w/el juego only this time ill be doing it by myself. So ill have to modify my talk a bit to fit the whole 30 min. "How to resist evil." Im also leading a group, im excited for that havent led a group since the 1st season of youf alpha. Ha Youf alpha is like real world/road rules, each year its a different cast. Jaymee, jeanne and i made up some new actions to some of the new songs were gonna be intro. ha theyre quite interesting...

Came home had a brief lunch, i shouldve used that time to take a nap, but i wasnt quite tired. So from thurr i went to la mirada to visit boss lady and burr. Burr colored me a xmas picture and a gave me a brownie burr w/a brownie pop along with it! yay! Then we went over to beatitudes and watched them do choir practice. The girls are really good over thurr, talk bout vokals yo! Since i was at the church i was able to go to confession. Ha funny thing so i go to confession, make my confession and im waiting for the priest to give me some type of advice. He juss gave me my penance and that was it. They got a nice eucharistic chapel inside the church too.

Went home changed to something a little bit warmer and went to watch jl's play, 'importance of being earnest.' YOu gotta have a witty sense of humor to watch this play. She was like one of the main characters as always. The play was good, the second half was a little bit more exciting maybe cuz there was more characters. There was the character who was a 'doctor,' yet dressed like a priest so i couldnt tell wha he was. Actually he was the pastor quite confusing. The play was good though, her plays are always fun to watch. THough personally i like the musicals better, theyre more upbeat.

From there i rushed over to the spectrum to go watch 'gothica,' with yfc peeps. We were gonna watch the 11pm but then we had to get one more ticket and by that time the 11pm were all sold out. We ended up watching the 12am showing, which was probably better anyway. They got a skating ring at the spectrum now! I didnt get a chance to see how much it was but, i wanna go try it. Ice skating is d0pe! Gothica was pretty crazzzy movie, it was kinda like sixth sense in a way. Its one of those movies that you gotta watch from beginning to end to understand. Then towards the end of the movie, it becomes predictable, but it was still good. ITs kinda twisted in the way the plot goes. Randell and i kept on jabbing dante in the ribs! ha At the end of the movie it made me think a lot bout purgatory and all the souls thurr. I say go see it and check it out for yourself, watch at nite though cuz its more thrilling!

Let me say this funny thing before i forget to mention it later. So i was visiting the day care yesterday, juss checking how the kids were and wha was going on. Well they went out to play for recess. I couldnt help but go out and join them. I jumped into a game of handball, which brought tons of memories. I loved playing hand ball w/them, how sometimes we'd argue who was actually out and wha was 'in' and wha was 'out.' Well when i was thurr i had made up this move called 'cookies.' It was when you could catch the ball for a brief second then throw it back out. THis move came in during emergencies when it seemed impossible to hit the ball. So when the kids were playing they were going over wha was in. The kid said, 'cookies' whas in, i asked to see what was cookies whurr. THen i said hey! i made up that move!! I thought that was soo cool, how a move i randomly made up for my own benefit still was in play till this day! hahahah wow!

Anyway, wha can i say bout benefit concert other then it rocked. I was worn out and sweat was dripping off my forehead like rain drops on the rooftops. THat was juss one d0pe 2 min. our performance was juss tizight! It was d0pe cuz errone was juss dancing and jumpin up and down. The best part was getting audience participation! woo Then i went back out there for a second performance w/yfc. That was coo how errone was 'turning.' haha It reminded me of my sre class on tues. then were gonna do the song also for youf alpha thas gonna be tight to watch them 'turn.'

The action song segment was off the heezy. The spirit was definietly moving within errone last nite. I got to cool people as well as get to know more cool people. IM excited for sh cafe again, there were so many great performances that i dont knwo wha esle to say but i love it. The liwanag choir is hardcore oh man they sang so well it was juss wow. It sucked that some people left, cuz they missed out. Angie's prayer at the end was really nice, errthang is juss so indescrible. All you can really say is Praise God. Their whole community worked so hard together to put a show all for God and thas what i saw. It was funny most of the pictures from the homeless outreach showed SH. Then we all went over to iHOp to chill after one exciting evening.
I got put into a liwanag family, im in 'sheperad's flock.'

The cathoic communities at uci are great, they bear all the good fruits of the spirit. Each time im over there for whatever reason its fun. It's true it's LOVE that builds community. Theyre all so funny, and God has blessed me w/meeting great people who help inspire me to keep running the race. Ah im winding down im getting sleepy its been a tiring day, but quite eventful. Ha as i said before, 'I need a girl who's juss as busy i am...' hahahahahahhahaha i love it! hurr are some of the highlights from last nite. Enjoy!

Benefit concert is juss gonna be the shizzles!

Wowsers! Check out this picture, you can drool over this one if you want. Jessica alba has a new movie coming out soon. I forgot wha its called but i think missy elliot is in it along w/some other peeps. It looks pretty cool, i wanna go check that shizzle outs yo! ANyway, burr and i love that song 'milkshake' by kelis. That song is funny, 'la-lala' d0peness yo. Its hook is catchy so you cant help but to sing it.

So after a frustrating day at work w/some people called, 'stantonites.' I dont like them theyre juss a bunch of ol people who like to be in bad mood all the time. Theyre snappy, ugly and juss all out rude. They like to be real bossy also, and makes me want to snap back at them also. Then we had these other people walk in last nite to come and check out the hall. Well i was never informed they were coming late like 'after hours.' THen im frustrated w/them cuz i wanted to leave and theyre juss taking their time. Booo on them also. Theyre probably gonna complain bout me since i kicked them out early. Oh well, watcha gonna do bout it?!

So yesterday was wednesday and as errone knows, wednesdays are uci days. yay! Well cuz i got out of later then i wanted to i didnt really get to participate in the whole 'brotha forum.' When i got there, they were in the park doing this activity. In fact it was pretty crazy activity w/a lot of meaning to it. I guess they blind folded eerrone and they had to walk down this steep little rock. They had their hands on each other's shoulders and they were walking down, as randell guided them. So then they all sat down and we had a discussion. They asked how that activity related to our faith. I as usual shurred and said 'we walk by FAITH and not by SIGHT.' In other words we gotta trust GOd.

Well if you know me, you know how i can get carried away talking bout something i really enjoy talking bout. I described how despite the fact i didnt get to particiapte in the activity there were a lot of things i saw that relates to our faith. We gotta trust God w/all our heart, all our mind and all our soul. We are called ot have great faith and trust him. Then i related it to scripture, Peter walking on water and him doubting, so he started to fall. Or juss simply, Mama MAry's simple 'yes' to trust God. SHe didnt know what was going to be happening to her, but all she gave every ounce of her faith to him. To me that's what were called to everyday, to serve him.
Also the activity symbolized how we are all one body in Christ. How it says in 1 cor 12:12-26, that each part of the body is not less important than the other. Juss like Eph 4:4-6, the whole "one body and one spirit, as you were also called to the one hope of your call; one Lord, one Faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all."

Then i realted this to each other, how we are responsible for our brother's and sisters. We can't say we are not our brothers/sister's keeper cuz we are. We are all responsible for helping each other get ot heaven. Heaven is our goal, and we need to help each other get there. I used the anaolgie of us being step ladders to get to heaven. We gotta bring each other up when we fall, cuz i wouldnt want anyone to miss a glimpse of heaven. Then we had this other activity, whurr each person got a candle. Then 3 people's candles were lit, from there we had 10 min. to get errone's candle lit. Though hurr's the challenge, they had people running around blowing out the candles.

That was hard, but the whole point i saw was we are called as catholic-christians to be that 'light unto the world.' To be a reflecltion unto others, just as Christ calls us to be. YEs, of course the people blowing out the candles represent how others are gonna persecute you during your walk, though the point isnt to quit, its to keep on going, to keep on moving, your reward is heaven. Then the lit candle represents our spirituality also. Woo im juss going off today! How through baptism that candle was lit. Yet it cant be blown out, even though well go through struggles and face trials, it cant be extinguished. The light cant be buried and for this reason every time we get back up there spiritually, our spiriutality only becomes a rediscovery. Yfc has the best activites i think that really relate down to your faith and who you are as a person.

Then the nite ended with benefit concert practice w/liwanag. We did action songs to start the nite off. Wow that was some good food for the soul, it was like my appetizer! haha We did who builds the faith first. They do their 'grace' action differently then we do. They do it like theyre carrying a baby in their arms. That was fun and then they also do the 'go higher' and 'lower part' within each chorus. Then we also did 'community song.' That too they sing it a bit differently. Instead of 'its me who builds community' they sing it's 'i who builds community.' Instead of its 'us who builds community' they say 'its we who builds community.'

But that was fun, then we ended it w/lulaey. I love lualey, i love all those action songs! MY friends from yfc had a hard time doing the actions to that one. It was quite funny, they also do this song differently from us cuz they sing the first verse or the intro. to the song. Well after all that was done i was sweating like no other, wow those actions songs got me pumped! Im excited this fri. for benefit concert. I'll be peforming w/yfc as well as my own community. Can't wait to do the 'O magnify the Lord.' ANytime good times last nite i love it! I have the greatest times up in irvine, those are usually the highlights of my week. Good songs, great discussions, and totally crazy cool people, wha more can i ask for?

Ha isnt that pic of the kids juss great! Elijiah especially, see he digs open mouf pics too! wOoo! Anyway, hectic day today and my work load at work as piled up. I knew it would too! man! went from having nothing to like 2 big things. Ahh but i like being able to kinda kick back and do nothing. I am juss worn out so i will not be blogging much tonite. I juss finished reading the answers to the activity we did in confirmation class tonite. Now i got journals to read and saint projects. Theyre looking pretty good, im excited to read the saint projects the kids did and see what they got out of it.

So leslie and i were talking forever tonite after sre was over. We were outside talking till about 1030pm in the parking lot. We were talking a lot bout relationships and all that fun stuff. We were talking so much that for the first time in a while, i didnt get to go to prayer meeting. Wow, thas a first that happens. Usually, i never miss prayer meeting unless i really have to or need to. Leslie is juss a blessing ot have as my aide, she gave me some good advice too bout some good stuff. I totally appreciate her for juss coming all the way down from rowland heights every tues. juss to be w/the kids. She's a major asset to the class and i praise GOd for juss how committed she is. Im sure she's an inspiration to the kids.

Which brings me to this next point. Yall have seen that movie im sure 'dangerous minds.' You know the movie whurr michelle pheifer becomes a teacher and builds relationships w/her students. That movie is inspiring cuz she became their light in their world of darkness. She made teaching/learning fun. However, she still was able to draw that line between teacher/student. I think my favorite part in the movie is when she gave the raul $200 to pay back the guy he bought the leather jacket from. The only request she asked for in return is that rauls pays her back by finishing hs and graduating. He told her later on that was the nicest thing anyone has ever done for him. The movie juss basically shows you the rewards in teaching. The rewards and the benefits you receieve can never be lost.

Highlight of the day:We started class of by singing praise & worship songs. I tuaught them a while ago that song 'By your side.' We sang that like twice and then i gave them an incentive for the group who sings the loudest and particiaptes the most gets to leave early. Then i intro. to them 'This is how we overcome.' Ha, the spirit was totally movin after we were done singing. They were dancing and singing and oh man it was great! They were so funny when they would do the 'turn' to the 'you ahve turned my mourning into dancing.' LIke toni says it was juss one of those kodak moments. I love my confirmation kids, and i know even more blessings ate to come once youf alpha starts! wooo! i told leslie im so excited to see them when theyre able ot make their confirmation. God has great plans for them, i love it!

Gee Golly! I am juss thrilled bout next mon. and the whole coming together to form the 'spirit games.' Had a great conference call w/charisse & Nick, we were on the phone for almost like 2 hours. MAn those people have been around for ages, you can name any community and they can give you like the run down of all the leaders for that community. Sheesh, well i can only hope that i can stay some waht active in some sort of ministry later on down the road. Obviously, i wont be running around all over cali like i do now. I really praise GOd that He's letting this happen, charisse and i both agreed that this idea has been played around with too long and now its time to put it together. I think with each community confirming their presence, interest in participation in the games is only confirmation that this is waht God wants. TO me honestly, if this isn't what God wanted then the planning wouldnt have gotten this far. Praise God forreals! PLease continue to pray for this comittee and all its members.

As of today or this morning more less i relalized wow so many different things ive been really blessed with lately. I wanted to list them this morning but i have to limit myself to one entry per day. I dont like to make more then one entry per day, its juss weird. So i said i would wait until today to write all the things ive been blessed with.

Well those are juss some of the things that have been answered prayers for me in a way. I know God has so much more in store for me, and im excited to see whas in store. Why am i excited? How do i know this? Cuz, i take a look around me and look at all the things he's already blessed me with. I cant help to be even more excited to see what He has in lineup for me next. He always has something right after the other. Whatever happens next for me, praise God. SO many exciting things are gonna happen, yippe skippy!

Man oh man where do i even begin?! So much to say, so many thoughts inside my head right now. Though i guess a good way to start off is praise God. Praise God cuz i know why he kept me so freakin busy this weekend. He has been preparing me for wha i would say is the 'unexpected.' An unexpected event occurred and He carried me through it this weekend. I understand why i got all those messages from Him. Juss like a puzzle errthang is slowing coming together piece by piece. The whole time God was preparing me for wha i like to call the 'unexpected. He used the talk from sat. on 'The greatest of these is love..." to test me tonite to see if i knew what that really meant. If knew exactly wha i was saying during my sharing.

Again the propchies today during core group meeting, the messages core memebers received from God were to me as well. Telling me the battle is not agaisnt the flesh but w/the evil one. That love overcomes everything. MY grace is sufficient for you. The weapons that God gives us in he battle w/the evil one. God as always had my back and this time i totally saw it. Praise God! FOr id probably be in bad shape if all this stuff didnt take place this weekend. I feel so so hmm overjoyed right now, despite what i could be feeling. Had this really awesome convo online w/josh from yfc. Crazy stuff but God used him tonite to humble me and to heal me. Im not gonna get into details of how that was possible, but praise God.

We had this great convo bout the church. The differences that make catholics stand apart from other demonitations. We talked bout love and relationships, ha i told him if i ever seem to talk too much during forums or whatever to juss let me know. I shared w/him my small testimony and he shared his w/mine. Then i got invited into this chatroom along w/2 other yfcers, pj and francis. Oh man all i can say is God is truly working through the yfc so cal community right now. I aint juss saying this either cuz i love yfc. God is preparing them three for something big and their job is to round up the rest of the fellowship, the rest of the yfc leaders to prepare themselves. GOd has blessed them w/the gift of visions, and prophecy. Since the devil knows how powerful those gifts are hes gonna stop at nothing to attack them. So i told them God has called them also to be aware and stand up to the spiritual attacks.

Crazy things have been happening to the three of them and its not a coincidence. Im not gonna get into details, juss know that there was a lot of confirmations. Please pray for these young warriors who ahve so much passion and energy to serve God. Im excited to see whaT God has in store for them and what He is calling them to do. Im still overwhelmed by their whole story they shurred w/me. God is wanting and waiting for the same thing to happen to some other people i know. Praise God for brothers who help carry you through struggles. I want to give a huge big up, to a d0pe guy who means a lot to me. All i can say is thanks for your never-ending support and prayers. YOu are such a blessing to me and i dont think i can ever repay you for all that you do for me. Like i said, all i can say is thanks.

I would post another picture but im pretty tired to go to my site and post another one. Besides, im sure many of you are probably getting tired of seeing the same ol peple over and over again. Or at least the same groups of people over and over again. ALl i can say is sucks for you! haha cuz im gonna keep posting em till the heifers come home! Ha! i love it! So is it possible for one person to be at 3 different commuities/groups in one day. Yes, it truly is possible to be at 3 different communities, in 3 different places at 3 different times. Wow, i spent the whole day w/church activities. It seems like my social life revolves around some type of church activity or function. Which is totally enjoy anyway, so i aint complaining. I end up having the best times w/those type of people anyway.

So the month of december for me is slowly filling up. IF youd like to reserve a date to chill w/me do so now before it gets filled up. Ha! joking... Its getting filled up w/holiday activties composed of work and meetings composed of church. IM telling ya the month is already half way full. The rest of my weekends for this month are pretty much booked. The only empty squares so far are the ones during the weekdays. Actually even those are filled up w/prayer meetings, and what not. Sheesh...I hope i dont wurr myself out to my grave.

Today was very productive, praise God. I was able to spend a lot of time of reflection inbetween car rides to and from the different places. I got errthang i had visioned for the day done. So praise God for that! Cuz let me tell ya that last destination was getting prettty difficult to get to and i was bout to juss go home. ANyway, so i slept in for till bout 11am, ive done that for the past couple days. I need it from the amount of rest i end up really getting during the week. WEnt to sfc @ sPv this morning. Same ol stuff going on over thurr, i was actually approached and asked to be a household leader. I accepted it and said sure ill do it. HA yeah right, if i take anymore activities aside from the ones i have already imma end up dying of exhaustation. Even kuya ariel said i have too much on my plate already and he's right. He knows how active i am in each of the different ministires/communities im involved in.

From there i came home to eat and then went to the de jesus' residence for a joint yfc household. Typical filipinos late as usual. The household was scheduled to start @ 1pm, ended up starting wha around 2? Something like that, at least we still finished in time so that was cool. The theme for the household was cool, 'the greatest of these is love.' Julike hte girl who i brought to prayer meeting on tues. gave a talk bout love and what love calls for. Good stuff. Then we broke up into groups w/the guys and the girls. I guess its wha they call a 'brother/sister's forum.' WE had to this 11 quetions activity, they ask the question fill in the blank and if you want to shurr your reponse. Then we opened the floor up for debate on love haha that sounds like senate talk! haha

Well we didnt open it for 'debate,' but we did open it up for any other type of discussion. If you know me you know i like to make sure my opinion gets heard. So i spoke up and shurred my thoughts bout wha love is to me. I explained that love is being able to shurr the love of Christ w/our brothers and sisters. I shurred how in the gospel of luke he explains if your brother strikes you on the cheek then give him the other cheek. I expressed how Blessed Teresa is the greatest example of love. HOw she clearly saw the eyes of Jesus in the poor. Then i went on to talk discuss wha i have learned in terms of relationships wise bout love. BEing able to 'spritually compliment' that person. Then the whole 3 step process, spiritual, emotional, and physical.

Then we all came together to for praise & worship. During the praise & worship i had a vision of the holy spirit annointing each one of us in hte circle w/tounges of fire. Juss the same way he did w/the apostles during pentecost. The spirit was truly moving within the circle. Praise God that i can get that spiritual nourishment elsewhurr besides my own community. Afterwards we all juss chilled, kicked back and did whatevers. Errone departed about 6pm, after the household i was exhausted, physically then knowing i had to drive ot orange for another meeting was like agh!

I made way over to orange for our pre-young adult track scrc core meeting. Very productive meeting, actually it seems like its gonna be a lot more interesting this year. A lot more stuff to look forward too. There'll be a lot of different changes and growth from last year's talk. Praise God for productive meetings. WE had a d0pe thanksgiving potluck. Good food, and fellowship. Its fun serving w/enthuastic people ready to serve God. I ended up getting lost coming back home from orange but i finally saw a freeway i knew. I went on the 55n which led me to 91w back home. Ahh yes i hate being lost, especially when its dark, raining and late! But i made it home safe and sound! praise God.

Wow juss so many different things to praise God for. Praise God for juss awesome people who have came into my life for a variety of reasons. Praise God for meeting new and exctiing people who keep me excited bout serving God. Ha, i juss noticed i see more people from irvine and outside irvine then i do of my own community. I see yfc at least twice a week, i see SH wha once a week? If im lucky maybe twice. Ah tomorrow is another jam packed day for me. IM debating whether to help out w/yfc @ the Catholic soup kitchen tomorrow. Well see, i'll lift it up to God He wants me to go, he'll wake me up early enough to able to go. Juss too many different things going on.


And the greatest of these is love...lovin it!

Great times today! I had the d0pest time tonite at the jars of clay concert. THough i was kinda sleepy in the beginning. There were soo many people there at the bren events center to see jars of clay. Im sure they came from all ova too, juss to see them. Good concert, good songs, good people. IT was funny like towards the end, they were 'Thank you and good nite!' So we all thought it was ova. Ha! We got punkd cuz it wasnt, they came back out playing like 2 more songs. OUr seats were good too, it wasnt like whur you couldnt see them at all. Their opening act was pretty cool too. I dont know their name, they were already performing when we got in.
Funny thing once we all got inside the building we saw a sign that 'free stuff.' So we all walk real fast to the area whurr they had 'free stuff.' Ha turns out the 'free stuff' was juss info. on bioloa university or something like that.



Hurrs us afte the concert was over in front of wha these people called a 'muel.' For some reason i dont know they called it a mule though. Good times j-walking too across the streets. Then juss messing around and being extremely dumb. Mark Anthony, is a crack up! Forreals him and his dancing inside the curr was freakin hilarious. Then toni montana the bad guy herself is juss one biig joker. Ahh yes these people are fun to hang out with. Im telling ya, hanging out w/these people can put a huge ol smile on your face. Dang now that i think bout it, i saw them half of the eweek. Its okay i dont mind i loove uci folks!



Hurss mark anthony, jiving to that song 'around the world.' THey all squished up inside the back of my car. Ha i dont know if youve ever heard of that song 'around the world.' Its pretty fun song, its by daft punk. The lyrics are really simple too, so it doesnt take long to memorize and sing along like we did. I remember when i was a sophmore i thought that song was the coolest! haha

After the concert was over liwanag was having a slumber party inside inter-faith. How fun! So i stayed and chilled there for a while. They were doing magic mic when i got in! I couldnt resist the temptation of not singing on magic minc. Soo i had to pick up the mic and start singing. Its been forever long since ive done magic mic! IT felt so nice to hold my friend again and go through the magic book of songs. Can anyone guess what song i sang?! WEll if you were thinking or said 'Girls juss wanna have fun' youre totally correct! Now can anyone guess wha score i got?! IF you said 98 you are correct! wooOO!!!! Magic Mic rocks yo!

So i was able to accomplish my goal of rosary and mass for all this week. Fr. Paul gave a d0pe homily this afternoon bout listening during prayer. A lot of times we dont listen and we juss tell God or 'demand' to God wha we want. I guess some guy walked out during his homily cuz he didnt want to hurr bout how we cant take control of our lives, we gotta let God do that for us. IT seems a lot of older people(seniors) have a hard time juggling w/that idea. THey want to be the one to run their lives and control it. Fr. also talked bout how through tragedy could be blessings in disguise. Makes sense to me. WE had a long interesting talk afterwards after mass was over.

Highlight of the day:So burr and i went to go set up for apologetics tonite. Well after the deal was if i drove, he'd buy me ice cream at rite aid. So i drove and i got my free ice cream at rite aide afterwards. Anyway when we got ot my house he wanted to see what the inside of our escape looked like. So we went inside and were chillin in there, then i decided well how bout we go for a small ride. Hurrs the funny part, i drove and he sat in the back seat of the suv. AS i drove and he sat there, we played 'master & Jeeves.' I was jeeves(bulter) and he was the master. So we drove around my neighborhood talking in this british accent pretending to be the burrs bulter driving him around errwhurr. It was hilarious, well i think its one of those 'ya have to be thurr' type of moments. But it was fun! haha were so weird when we hang out.


I love having another website picture server! Makes blogging a lot more fun now! IM sure jaymee can attest for that one. I took gail w/me to jars of clay concert tonite, she met all my coo peeps from uci. Hurrs toni running across the cross walk. Welcome Brooklyn Crisostomo into the world!yay! ive been meaning to post this pic up for the past couple days, but i forgot. Thas my mom holding the bebe, hopefully it shows up pretty clurr. She's a long bebe and is soo cute! IT juss seems like more and more babies are coming into the world. I know like 3 people who gave birf within the past month. Jaymee, my cousin and the city manager's wife.

Ha the other day when i went to toni montana;s birfday celebration, this guy as i was walking into the restaraunt said, 'hey arent you from legend entertainment?" Im like "huh?" He goes, 'Yeah ive swear ive seen you in the clubs or somewhurr.' THe more i looked at him, i think it was a former SrE student that ive probably subbed for or something. Man i see those cats errwhurr i go! haha Speaking of SRE class went really well tonite. Went over more detailed and throughly the 10 commandments. I think they got the idea of how they work and what they are there for. One of achie's and i's students is applying that hs called 'C.A.M.S.' California Academy of Math & Science.' ITs like what oxford academy is over hurr. Thas a hardcore hs to get into, in fact gail went ot that skool.

As you can see these are short paragraphs cuz i really dont much to say. I got a busy weekend ahead of me. I got jars of clay concert on fri. yay! Tomorrow yfc household, then i got scrc potluck meeting. Sunday i got my aunt's bf suprise birfday party to go to. These next few weeks are gonna be busy, i cant believe how soon thanksgiving is coming. I saw tonite 2 houses already w/their christmas lights on! Freak thas so early! Lets see what happened yesterday. Oh i know i woke up early to go get the burrs geetar and his digicam! agh i got yelled at for him cuz the lady was like well the office isnt even open yet. So i said agh i know i juss to get my stuff. Then she upsturrs and opened it so i could get it. Then went to mass, its been a while since i went to mass @ 8am. So it was a nice way to start my morning. Came home and i went back to sleep, after a long nite previously. Wow ive been back and forth down souf like twice already. Sheesh ITs okay though good times.

Class was d0pe we made these 'dream boards.' She gave us these manila folders then we had to cut oout stuff on the front that would be us career wise 10 yurss from now. Then on the inside we had to look at family wise. Finally on the back we had to look ourselves, either physically, spiritually, or socially. So it was pretty much an arts and crafts day for us in class. It was fun stuff, though i took mine home to finish to make sure it was going to look good.

WOrk was frustrating, the kids are so oa and we cant get anything done. They dont like to listen and all they do is mess around. I dont know whos worse the kids i work w/now or the kids i use to work with. Ha though granted i didnt have this many problems errday w/the kids at the daycurr. Ahh I gotta do my best to be patient, and embrace each one of them w/God's love. THough they know when i dont mess around and i will waste no time in kicking them out.

YfC meeting was fun, good stuff. We did at the end this special arts & crafts extended session. We were given construction paper and art supply materials to make someone special a card. I wont go into anymore detail for a certain someone might complain! haha agh ill do it anyway though who currs! haha This guy was talkign bout all these skurry stories he's heard. He was talking bout how his dad's friend who is a priest back in vietnam, well i guess the priest was in the chapel and he heard someone playing the organ. HE looked back and didnt see anyone, well he walks up to the altar, and a piece of paper flys by saying pray for this lost soul. I guess the next day the priest asked his parish if they know who the soul was. They all said the soul had past away a while ago. So then he realized that soul was a soul from purgatory asking the priest to pray for him.

Wow such diversity in this picture dont you think?! haha anyway when i found this qoute it stuck out to me cuz there is so much truth to this simple statement. Its pretty much goes hand in hand w/the old expression of, 'actions speak louder then words.' Im sure we all have friends/family who either A) Are non practicing catholics B) Are non cathlics or C) Are not practicing any type of religon at all. So are job as catholic christians is to shed our light upon them. They may not read any type of bible or pick one up, however our actions maybe the gospel they ever see or read. So its important to live our life the way GOd calls us to. To become a light unto the world. Juss as He tells us in Matthew 5:13-14, 'You are the light of the world, the salth of the earth.' It seems ever since last fri. after Fr. Pat's homily expressing what St. Francis of Assisi said bout preaching the gospel and if necessary use words, is a message ive been seeing a lot lately. Guess it's something God calling to me read and remember.

Good day yesterday, very hmm i guess productive sorta. Slept in and then went to visit my new baby cousin inside the hospital. Her name is brooklyn like new york, new york! ha She's soooooooooo cute. Long baby, i cant wait till she grows up to see wha shes gonna look like. Nurserys are fun to look at inside the hospital cuz then you get to praise God for bringing in another beautiful soul into the world! They have this place called, 'the center of spiritual development' over there at St. JOspeh's hospital. ITs run by the nuns of St. Jospeh they got all kinds of good stuff over thurr. I went ot the bookstore and oh man there was so many good stuff. Lots of good books on spirituality, prayer, discernment, they seem books you wouldnt be able to really find inside the catholic book store.

Went to mass at 515pm, its been forever long since i went to 515 weekday mass. Fr. Kevin talked bout in his homily bout St. Martin De Tours. He was a solider in europe and i guess he never really wanted to be but his father forced him. Well there was this one instance, whurr it was cold and raining and he ran into this ol beggar. The beggar was cold and asked for clothing or something like that. St. Martin took his sword and cut his cloak in half and gave half of it to the ol beggar. That nite he had a dream bout that ol beggar and the ol beggar ended up being Jesus. So like St. Martin we are called to help out our brothers and sisters who may not be as fortunate as we are. That is contemplating the face of Christ in each person.

PRayer meeting was nice, praise God i was able to pray w/the community again. There seem to have been a lot of people. At least the usuals started to come back again. We had some guests from yfc also, so that was cool. THey came up from riverside and temecula, whoa! We both agreed that it;s cool to visit other groups to praise God w/them and juss to see how different groups run their meetings. So its always cool to discover new things and meet new people at the same time.
yay for cool people who like to come and check out our community! Im leading in 2 weeks, yay! It'll be my last time for a while at least until there is another SRE holiday and i dont got to teach. Ah which reminds me i need to contact leslie and figure out wha were gonna do on tues.

Went to fridays by souf coast plaza to celebrate toni montana the bad guy's birfday! Ah yes another novemeber birfday, man they seem never ending! Tons of people there to help celebrate the birfday. Some peeps from liwanag were thurr also. I noticed people's energy levels drop from the time we all got there until the end of the nite. By the end of the nite, errone was juss exhausted. Good times though! Kristel fama had this 'dream' that made her ask me this random out of no whurr question. Then later on her, toni and randell were singing and dancing to some ol skool tunes. Tracks i remember that i sung when i was in jr. high, whoa that was yurrs ago! I had mudslide, which was pretty good, but it starts to water down real fast. IT tastes choco milk mmm

I forgot to mention this, the other day at work my boss was telling me how his son has a new saints he's in love with. St. Therese of Lisieux, also known as the saint of the little flower. Well at the boy;'s skool each class was to adpot a saint for their class. I guess his class ended up picking St. Therese. Well he was telling my boss stuff like, did you know she was a carmelite?! I think i want to be a carmelite sister too. haha My boss laughed and said, 'you cant be a carmelite sister, but you can be a carmelite priest!.' I was laughing when he told me that, i admire my boss for him and his wife raising his son in a good catholic environment. Thas totally cool!

Well im off to class then work then over to the land of big buildings and rich stuff. Yes the city of irvine for another edition of yfc meeting. My parents took that picture from inside the mission santa barbra today. Can anyone guess whurr that pic is from? I mean wha is taking place in that pic? THe winner will receive one free item off the dollar menu from mcdonalds tomorrow. That is if we actually go...They have an ostrich farm in solvang! hhahahaha its called ostrich land and its full of these funny look birds w/long skinny legs. That they yell, 'mine, mine, mine' haha jk those are seagulls. DId you know that an ostrich;s egg can weigh up to 3 to 4 pounds, which is equivalent to 24 chicken eggs. Ostrich eggs can hatch in 42 days! whoa! Their chicks grow one foot taller each month!

These foos arent carnivores and get up to 3.5 pounds of green vegeis each day! No wonder theyre so tall,they eat their vegies! Did you know ostrichs dont lay on their eggs at nite like hens do. They do that stuff during the day. They stand up to 8' to 9' tall and weigh 250 to 350 lbs! whoa theyre heavy truckers! They can reach the speed of 45 mph!! The oldest ostrich lived up to 81 years old, and these birds are the only birds that have 2 toes.
Unlike how they show it on the tv, ostrich's do not bury their heads in the sand. So there you go a little learning lesson for yall on ostrichs. Ever wonder what they taste like though? Well it says hurr that they produce wonderful feathers, enormous eggs, unique feather, and delicious healthly meat that is very low fat red meat tasting like beef!

It was funny last nite when i chilled at my friends house, it felt like when i was a little boy and sleep over. Half of us were playing board games, the other half was playing video games. Remember those days whurr you would try to stay up as late as you could, playing video games or juss doing whatever. Id always end up knockin out first though then id end up having to wake up early to go home the next day. Boo Anyway, i was playing monopoly w/my friend jorge. I was doing really well finacially for the 90% of the game. I had 2 hotels on the baltic ave. i think well very first two spaces on the board. Then on top of that i had pretty much property errwhurr else on the board except broadway and park place.

So my friend jorge would keep landing on my property. He would always end up havnig to pay me rent. Well hey $14 hurr and $8 hurr and $10 hurr well they all eventually add up. It was to the point whurr he had ot morgage off his property to pay me $450 for landing on my hotels. Well the funny thing i was always avoiding his property on park place and boardwalk. Finally i hit it once, it was $1500. Okay, $1500 isnt bad for me since i was rollin in cash anyway. Then God turned the tables and i kept landing on his space. I ended up calling it game cuz there was gonna be no way i was gonna be able to survive. Besides that it was like 130am already and wed had been playing for the past 2 hrs. Monopoly can go on forever! Well i guess it took long cuz it was two of us playing rather then if we had errone else.

Then we started remincising bout childhood boardgames, like life! MY friend francis said he loved that game. I jokingly said ha you only like that game cuz you can pretend to be murried and have kids. I remember when i use to play sometimes my compact wasnt cuttin it, so we had to add another car to it. It was getting to pick the kind of houses you want and occupation and salary. Or what bout chutes and ladders! Ha remember the game operation?! IF you put the body part in the wrong place the guys nose would light up and buzz. Mouse trap was fun but then it sucked taking and putting together the gameboard all the time. OOoH! Remember the game simON?! thas sooo 80's right thurr! I remember seeing commercials for that when i was younger. Ahh yes the ol skool days, now errthang is remodeled and advanced.

Work was pretty cool today, had a nice talk w/my boss. He;s gonna plan a couple day mini retreat at the monestary for us. He told me his friend is vocation director too. Were gonna have a dept. xmas party at his house in dec. Thas gonna be fun! i cant wait till i get my one time 'discretionary' pay too. Or wha i like to call xmas bonus, that $$ will help out a lot. IM telling ya if youre looking for a job, working for the city is the greatest. At least in my opinion, for me. I get 1.82 hours of vacation, sick and holiday pay each pay day also. So those get added on to my part time benefits. Wha can i say im spoiled at Stanton. God's blessed me w/so much over there, i couldnt ask for a better job. Praise God!

Went to mass and confession today at sPc. No i didnt make a mistake, sPc not 'v.' I went to st. peter chanel after work. Its been a couple of weeks since ive been to daily mass, so im picking myself back up on that again. The goal for the week is to go every day this week and pray my rosary errday this week. Ive been a bit lenient on the spiritual aspect of my life. So i figured if i set goals for myself, this will help put me back on track. Had a wicked coo group rosary session tonite. THough this time errone did it individually. It contained angie and her friend, toni and her friend, me, banne and reirich. While i was praying, i had this vision of the angles surrounding our Blessed Mother as each of us presented our Blessed Mother w/a rose for each bead we were praying. Praise God!

So the Pope beatified 5 more people today into the holy family. WOw 5 more people can you believe that?! MY gosh this Pope is juss on a role these past couple months, he's gone hardcore status. This guy has a lot of strength still in him, despite what erone else thinks. GOd's out to prove these people wrong, that his successor is not gonna give up. I sent pretty much errone the article, so if youre intrested in reading it, let me know and ill me be more then happy to send it to you! Sheesh i sent out like 100 different emails though, oh well its all good stuff.

Ha it was funny burr and i had the funniest convo in the curr on the way back from fridays on sat. nite. i love it! I was craving a pizookie the other day, i had that brownie obsession there. ITs okay, it was a little too swe3t for me though. I love hanging out w/the burr cuz we have the funnest times together. There's a lot of 'aghs' in our convos when we hang out, haha not like thats new to anyone of you anyway. I saw ann today, she burnt me the revo song that i couldnt get going on my comp. We caught up for a bit, good times! MY cousin had their babygirl today, her name is brooklyn who is 7lbs something oz. Wow my family is juss getting bigger and bigger, this has ought ot be my grandparent's 6th i think great-grand child! wow i love it!

Praise God for the thousands of fallen soliders who have put their lives on the line to die for freedom. To die for this country, to make sure america is still #1. Lets pray for all our fallen soliders and are other soliders who are still out there fighting for a noble cause. Pray for their families who have lost loved ones and for the families who ahve loved ones out in the battlefield. They take that risk errday fighting out there for this country. ENsuring to keep america safe. So to all those people who are in the military, navy, army etc. I tip my hat off ot you and say thanks!

Thas the only pic i have that all of us guys from the ol skool crew is in it. Usually like w/most bond of group pics somoene always turns out be missing. Juss like how many times we cant form megaroom cuz one piece is missing. Doh! Anyway, so youre probably looking at the pic and thinking wha the hell are they doing?!Well we all went out to celebrate our friend Tom's(the one in middle)birfday. So we took a group pose pretending to be dragonball z characters as if we were 'powering up' to become super sayians. Juss the same way uprm forms megaroom when we all come together.

Well those are the people who i chilled w/tonite. Except one person was missing, tom cuz he's in hawaii on his mission trip. It was totally d0pe cuz i havent chilled w/these folks in ages. I havent really gotten the chance to hang out w/them cuz there is always something going on. As im sure many of you know how that goes. It was juss like ol times, we were watching at xavi;s house this show called 'pride' fighting. Its kinda similiar to that other show called i think 'utimate fighting.' The show was pretty crazzzy, very brutual indeed. Its like some show in japan i guess. It gets pretty exciting as each new player comes into the ring.

I was looking through xavier's ol yearbooks from hs. He and the rest of these guys went to savanna HS whurr i had gone to western. Anyway, i ended up running into boss lady & paveena's old senior portrait. Wow boss lady looked really pretty in her senior portraits, and she still continues to look d0pe today. It was crazy cuz i knew a lot of those people like umm joey bagba something something and his brother tommy. In fact i juss saw joey at the SRE office like a couple tuesdays ago, i juss didnt remember wha his name was. The face was familiar but i couldnt remember the name. Juss goes to show what a small world is really is! I also saw a pic of roland and mike cao in the yearbook too.

HS days were so funny when you look back and reflect on it. Errone so concerned bout fitting in and hanging w/the right crowd. Its crazy how you juss loose total contact w/some of your ol hs friends, then like see them 2 years later at the mall or something. I loved hs, i was the same way in HS as i am now. ALways running around doing something. As long as ive been friends w/these guys i feel like ive known them forever. The best thing bout them is theyve always been there for me. Even though i dont chill w/them as much as before, they still always treat me the same, nothings changed.

I went to go visit my cousin today also, she told me that when she gets sailing license shes gonna take me on a sailboat trip in newport beach. That sounds like fun! woOO! So the weekend has been pretty cool. kicked it off w/a d0pe praise & worship session w/my fellow yfcers. Its fun getting all hyper and praising God with them. Its fun hanging out w/them, its fun taking all those really cool pics w/them. Mark from SLY is freakin hillarious, errtime i see that guy he cracks me up.
Then had the SFC baptism in the spirit the next morning. The spirit is juss sooo great, especially when one is truly touched and healed by its power. Then getting fed once more at carson later on that nite. Wha can i say, lf always brings a smile to my face. I love that community. Then hanging out w/burr that nite was juss like ol times. Then sunday, chilled w/ol friends and family.

As fred stated in his blog, "A person likes to be in a place where others love them and make them feel special."Thas exactly how i feel each time i go to pray w/certain groups/communities. I think them folks at uci and carson really know how to make a brotha feel wanted. They show the true meaning of 'hospitality.' They dont give you that 'youre juss being fake vibe.' No, they juss geniuinely mean it. I love how they all spend so much time together fellowshiping and doing activites together. Example, the last min. vegas turnaround trip liwanag did. Or the G4G rally yfc put together. They have both the essence of prayer and fellowship tied in together. Good stuff! i love it!

There's a lot of work that needs to be done w/in my own community, lets juss pray that it gets accomplished!

Well i learned a lot tonite bout today's feast day. I heard two great homily's by two great priests. IF you didnt know tomorrow we celebrate the feast day of the St. JOhn Lateran's Basilica. ITs a big cathedral up in rome. In fact did you know that catherdal is whurr the Bishop of Rome sits? The bishop of rome is the pope yo! I found out that church is the mother of all catholic churches cuz it commerates the freedom of christianity. The piece of land whurr the basilica was built was a gift form the lateran family to the emperor constatine. I think thas how it goes. I wrote down more good stuff bout the church but its all in the car.

I am worn from a non-stop busy, yet productive day. I think the whole baptism in the spirit wore me spiritually and physically. There was a participant today during the baptism at sfc who i truly felt healing going on inside of him. For a while i totally felt him trying to fit being open to it, it was a struggle. Praise God he finally juss let go and let the spirit come inside of him to be healed. I felt as was praying over him lots of healing going on inside of him, a lot of forgiveness being done, and lot of love being overflowed. A feeling of love that im sure he's never felt before. Praise God for the spirit juss totally working in errone today.

Later on before going to mass i had went to the blessed sacrament to catch myself up. Well low and behold guess who was back in town?! Father Fogarty was celebrating a wedding! How cool is that, i was watching the wedding from inside the chapel it was one of those awww. IT was a filipino wedding, very small but yet a happy one. The bride's maids all wore a lavendar color dress. I found a purple rose petal lying on teh ground inbetween the statue of Our Lady and teh door. Obviously i picked it up, hmm rose petals eh? THen went back iinside the sacrasity and caught up w/Fr. Fogarty. He's the reason why im in SH, the reason why i got in touch w/my faith. Great priest i love it!

After going to mass, i zoomed over to carson for lf prayer meeting. I was given a warm welcome back by Mr. Ninni. It felt good to wurr my ol name tag again! haha I remember the days when that would be my weekly prayer meeting. Now look im all over the place. Its fun though, praising GOd w/other people. Meeting them and getting to know them. Fr. TOny from Holy Innocence gave a really d0pe talk bout the history of the basillca and why the feast is honored. Really funny guy, he kept me awake too. I like speakers who are loud and not monotnous. Keeps you on your feet and entertained at the same time. Charisee and i planned out the first prayer group/youf group colloabo meeting agenda. Im excited for the first meeting, im praying well get a good turn out.

Reirich told me something interesting today, sometimes when you joke around there's gotta be some truth in it. Well i guess thas what he heard or something like that. I never thought bout that before. There's inside joke going around the lf community, its pretty funny i think. Its called the 'just as busy as i am' joke. I need a girl who is juss as busy as i am! funny stuff! i love it! I went to fridays afterwards w/burr! yay it was fiun, juss like ol times. The days when we use to have at risk youf fridays. When we would go out to lunch and then watch a movie or something. Awww the memories! Ha doesnt that very last picture on the bottom of yesterdays entry look like a 90210/saved by the bell cast pic!? hahahahah i think so
